“Placed a order for a bistro set but had to collect this from another store the other side of down. Well parts missing and was really disappointed , rang the store were I collected it from but no help. Then did one of those live chats and it was like talking to a robot and almost gave up. “Woodstock have been fantastic! Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us to select a new fire, heath and mantel. We needed the fire installed on a specific date so Mark worked with Rob (the fitter) to accommodate the tight timeline. Rob was also brilliant, taking care to ensure minimal mess and disruption during the install, and he also fixed a crack in the chimney flaunching whilst up on the roof. Brilliant service from Woodstock and I would certainly recommend, we are delighted with the new fire (Classic Buddy 5 Wide).”

We bought a mattress from bed-e-buys 5 years ago, which was a great experience and we were very happy with our purchase.
