βI love our David Lloyd membership. It is more than a gym membership. Itβs a place to meet friends socialise whilst also keeping fit. As a family we are far more active since joining and we are enjoying it in ways I didnβt think we would. I love the fitness classes but also have loved exploring racquets in a fun coaching environment. With a lovely blend of wellbeing sessions to balance it all out. Highly recommend.β
βReally beautiful views and some supper cute goats really mystical and peacefulβ
βA beautiful spot to tour and relax in Bath. The entrance is an easy bus ride or an uphill walk. Staff and volunteers are friendly and informative. I went at opening time and had the place mostly to myself for a bit and it never became crowded. The walk around the park is nice and worth doing, but not a must-do. My favorite part was sitting in on the reclining chairs reading and enjoying the view and the birds.β
βThis is in an excellent location used the swimming pool that they hire out for a course - excellent facilities and location It is on the U2 First Bus Uni bus route operated by First Bus or the Falcon Service from Bristol to Plymouth (the stop is on the other side for going back to Bristol ) Always check times before travelling and correct as of April 2025β
βThe Bristol branch is a bright and well laid out store. The products are vast and enticing. A big and heartfelt shout out to Ethan. His demeanor was calm and well informed. I explained that I was recovering from a life changing illness and had lost my confidence in deciding on my choices, but that i am embracing the opportunity to explore changes in clothing and styles. I love the the Carhartt brand and cuts. To have had Ethan guide me was an exceptional retail experience . Thank you !β
βThis is a lovely school, with wonderful long standing teachers who are dedicated to delivering a Steiner curriculum in a close nurturing environment. Three of my children have attended here and have been very happy and well educated. Two of my other children have been to 'outstanding 'ofsted graded mainstream schools and their handwriting and their depth of understanding of subject matters have never been as great as my children who attended Bristol Steiner school.β
βGreat place to find anything you need for (garden) DIY work. Staff is really friendly and helps with loading materials. They have good knowledge and think with you to find the right solution. Good location that easily reachable by car. Good variety of produced and very well priced. The right place for anybody doing DIY work.β
βLove this place (although it can get cold in the winterβ
βFirst experience excellent highly recommendβ
βgreat service quick and. efficient had great conversation with staff overall great company.β
βReasonably priced, good tasting food that's satisfactorily filling. While there isn't a massive choice to select from there's enough to create a new combinations for many visits. I highly recommend the chicken katsu, though it does add a little extra to the cost.β
βThis was a fantastic secluded beautiful spot set up in a way where you felt that you were on your own. The yurts were well set up with power and the outdoor kitchen was well stocked with pans etc and a fridge. We would definitely return. Neily the host, was welcoming, attentive and responsive to what we needed. Location was near by car to Glastonbury, Welles. Highly recommend!β
βCouldn't of done this whole process without Daniel and his team (Brooke and Luke). They have gone over and beyond throughout the entire process and I truly appreciate it. I can't highly recommend Daniel enough, thank you!β
βMyself & a friend went on the Cotswold tour on March 31st. Richard was our guide & he was excellent, with some great stories. We got to see lovely small towns such as Castle Combe and Bourton-on-the-Water which would have been difficult to reach otherwise without a car. Given the width & winding nature of some of the roads we travelled, I was very glad that someone else was doing the driving! Maddy's recorded pieces were really enlightening. As a keen Tolkien reader, I was interested to see the two trees either side of the church door in Stow - definitely reminiscent of the doors to Moria. Having just a small group certainly made a difference - and was much more manageable.β
βThis year I attended two busy but different city workshops run by Kevin β the one day monochrome street photography workshop in the West End of London and a monochrome and colour one in Bath. Listening to Kevin's relaxed and knowledgeable explanations and tips on how to work respectfully and discreetly on the streets helped me overcome my anxieties about photographing in public. Giving us mini-projects on composition, zone focusing, light and shadow, colour (where relevant) and building a story to try for 20 minutes at a time kept everything manageable. Kevin's patience and willingness to help us individually within the small group of half a dozen certainly increased my own confidence on the streets. We had great fun in both workshops and I have already seen an improvement in my efforts β working closer to the action, spacing the elements, and filtering out clutter for a start!β
βI had a fantastic experience working with Katarzyna. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. If you're looking for a trustworthy and efficient broker, I highly recommend Polish Brokers.β
βI spent 5 days with the brilliant Pure Trails group running around the Amalfi Coast - and what an incredible experience this was! I knew the views would be stunning - and so what can go wrong? - but I had no idea how lucky I was to get to know this lovely group! Our guides - Rachel, Matt, Eddy - were absolutely fantastic, not only they are excellent trail runners but they had been exceptionally caring, thoughtful and inspiring - thank you guys! And the fellow runners: what a lovely bunch - I didn't know anyone when I arrived, but I instantly felt like I am among kindred spirits. I couldn't recommend PureTrails highly enough, and I would definitely love to return!β
βAlex at patch Law was incredibly helpful and ran through the details to ensure I totally understood the legal implications of what I was experiencing. She offered me the best advice and I trusted her judgementβ
βWhat an amazing stay. It was perfect for our Christmas getaway. The cottage was spacious and had everything we needed. All linen and towels were provided (even for the pool) The use of the heated pool was a huge bonus with the children, 2 communal hours usage and a timetabled private hour each day.. The use of the large games room with a pool table, table tennis, foozeball (and lots more) was great on the cold weather. There is also an outdoor play area. Lots of local walks, the scenery was beautiful The location is perfect for trips throughout Somerset, including Bath, Cheddar and Glastonbury. Esther and Tim are great, very friendly and always on hand. We highly recommend a stay at Moorleaze.β
βBrilliant Walk of Light. Worth the drive and overnight stay. Very cold though!! Did the tour on the tour bus. Not such a good view but felt better when we saw windscreen wipers being ripped off in the monkey enclosure.β
βNote it is possible to avoid driving through the monkeys and risk damage to your car, Upon approach to the gate leading into the monkeys thereβs usually a queue of cars waiting to get in, in the left lane, This is where to take to the other side of the road in the right lane and follow it around to the right, you should see other drivers doing this, so just follow them, βI feel disappointed that we didnβt experience driving through the monkeys, but also at the same time I breath a sigh of relief when I see the car didnβt receive any damageββ
βBooked my airport parking only. Booked for a week at a very good price. The owners keep u informed about my transfer from the hotel to the airport drivers are always polite. If ur driver canβt pick u up donβt worry as they order u a taxi which you do not pay for such a great place to park ur car as u can take the keys with you. Itβs very reasonable priced and definitely using these guys again.β
βFirst visit as a urgent appointment, very pleasant staff and helpful treatment. Would recommend. Second appointment was very quick for replacement temporary filling, hopefully all ok now for Christmas. Lovely staff Second visit to complete treatment for new crown. As before all excellent. No problems and no long waits. Lovely staff.β
βWell, what a restaurant. I would implore you to visit. The food is fabulous. More importantly the service is wonderful. We came for lunch and spent nearly 2 hours talking to the owners and staff ans more importantly tasting lovely food. At Β£35 for 3 courses, an absolute steal.β
βGreat service here. Very old school place customer service is the key.β
