“Today I visited M&M in Avonmouth and had a great experience! The service was quick and excellent. The guy who served me had a really polite and friendly manner, which made the visit even more pleasant. I also noticed two other staff members working very hard behind the counter, keeping things running smoothly even though it was quite busy at the time. I asked for an extra topping on my pizza, and my server kindly said, “It’s on me – no charge.” That small gesture honestly made my day, and I truly appreciated it. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this store again. Great food and amazing service – highly recommend!”

“Very friendly man! :-) My fiancé and I went here after being recommended by his coworker. We do late night HGV work so we decided to hop by and see how good it was. The food was delicious, he communicated well and made sure our order was correct. Our takeaway box was filled. We had trouble closing it! So he definitely gave us a big portion for ordering a small. Definitely worth the money then. He’s a very nice man! The reviews are definitely from the person who owned it before him. This location is new for him so please give this place a shot!”

It was genuinely delicious, especially with that garlic mayo. The mayo added a nice, tangy kick that paired perfectly with the well-seasoned, tender chicken patty. It’s not often you find a place that nails the balance of flavors like this. Then there's the cheeseburger. Wow. It was super juicy, and the combination of burger sauce and garlic mayo was spot on. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the patties were cooked just right. Juicy but not greasy, which is a tricky balance to achieve. And the chips? Perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way I like them. The atmosphere was another highlight. The bossman behind the counter was a great laugh to chat with. He made the wait enjoyable with his friendly banter and upbeat attitude. It's always a plus when the staff are personable and seem to genuinely enjoy what they're doing. As for the takeaway itself, it’s also halal, which is fantastic for those looking for halal options in the area. The place does look a little rundown from the outside, which might put some people off at first glance. But don't let that fool you. Inside, it was cleaner than I expected. Honestly, it probably deserves more than the 3 out of 5 hygiene rating it has—I’d comfortably give it a 4. Overall, Favourite Grill is a bit of a hidden gem. Great food, great service, and a welcoming vibe. If you're in the mood for a tasty, no-fuss meal, give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.”

“This is a very well-loved yet tired Motel. This is not a Hotel as name says. With that in mind.... It was clean. Water was hot. Good breakfast. Staff was excellent. Location was easy from Bristol airport. My flight came in after midnight and staff waited for me. Do not use Google maps to find this. It will make you walk extra steps Ask airport staff... It is an old building...but looks like owners are doing a great job refurbishing it. ...and I have to add this... The room service maid was nice and very pretty.”
