“Fantastic experience at Easy Runner, I would highly recommend going for the shoe fitting for £20 which is taken off the price of the trainers if you choose to buy. Si was professional, friendly and extremely helpful - we went through 5-6 pairs and I was allowed to test run and talk through the comparisons. Can’t wait for my first run in the new trainers!”

“Last Friday 29th of July 2022, I turned up at Mandco Midsomer Norton at 8.55am. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the door touching her watch as I was early. She was joking and kindly opened for a very flustered customer! ME!! I informed them I had a wedding in Nottingham that day and my outfit I ordered on line was not right! Both ladies showed their empathy & professionalism and I left the shop 30 minutes later with dress, fascinator shoes and earrings all for an amazing price as it was in the sale. I can not thank these ladies enough and I have forgotten their names sorry I hope they know who they are though and again thank you and I will be back x”

“Excellent, I ordered a pair of Merrell walking shoes online on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday. I was a bit wary of ordering online as I have had a bad experience previously with another company, and prefer to visit the store if possible, but I didn't need to worry. The ordering process was really easy. I received a confirmation email when the shoes were dispatched, and I was able to track the delivery online. The shoes were a great price, and are a good fit, comfortable straight from the box.”

“I love the Yate store, and everyone is so helpful. Their customer service is second to none. However, i do wish you stocked the larger sizes in store as I am a larger lady and can never buy anything on the high street at all. I went away for a weekend and forgot a skirt or trousers to change into, unfortunately you had stopped selling the larger sizes and ao I was unable to get anything. People sizes 14 upwards seem to have many choices of shops. We bigger ladies have none.”

“Today I walked past this store and a tracksuit caught my eye, when I entered I was greeted by two men who worked here, took me to the clothing I wanted, and assisted me both on a professional level and a personal, friendly level like one of the boys. They catered my needs gave me opinions in the changing room, which led to me buying both of the colours they had. These two gentleman actually made my day which is why I am leaving this review. Clothes fit perfect, I’m 6’5. Whoever these two men were working deserve pay rises.”

“I'd like to share the exceptional customer service I received at Allsaints, cabot circus, Bristol. I bought a jacket in October and noticed a thread on the belt loop coming loose, I decided to take my jacket into the store and discuss it with the staff. I was assisted by a female with short dark hair who couldn't do enough for me, she found every jacket for me to try and was willing to exchange mine. I couldn't find one that I prefered to my balfern, so she agreed with her manager to not only swap mine for another, but honoured the current 30% black Friday discount. Thank you Allsaints, you are doing a great job!”

“This is a fabulous shop with a strong green ethos (people buying, trading and selling excellent quality preloved clothes, shoes and accessories) I have been going to Rag Trade both to sell and buy clothes for years now and could not recommend more highly. “I searched for a local lingerie shop to get a fitting and purchase some bras. The shop itself is clean and well laid out, and the service staff are warm and welcoming. I was taken into a pretty changing room and brought an array of bras one at a time to try on and gage what size I was. Each bra fit perfectly after we established what size I required. The lady attending to me has an eye for fashion and what suited my frame. Unfortunately, the bras were outside of my current budget, but despite that the lady serving me was absolutely lovely, informed me about their gift card options and treated me with dignity. Fantastic service and lovely service staff. Once I'm in a position to treat myself I intend to visit again.”
