Appointment was in two weeks time, it wasn't urgent, so this suited me fine. I saw Doc Jessica Lloyd. She was extremely helpful, listened to what I had to say and followed up with me getting some tests. I felt like she genuinely cared, and this helped put my mind to rest. Two weeks later, I had my blood taken by Samantha Edgar. This is the first time I'd had blood taken, and it was quick and painless. Overall, a very positive experience at Grange Road Surgery!”

Courier called ahead and was happy to meet me and follow me on to site and followed all site instructions. Courier was polite and well presented. Goods were delivered to Coventry within 3 hours. Our customer was also very happy with the service as they urgently needed the parts that were being transported. All in all, well above expectations and requirements. Will use again.”

“Very good quality products sold here. However, the purpose of my review is mainly dedicated to one of your employees. A huge praise to Rash. His motivation felt very unique and characteristic. That's somebody you would distinguish among a quite-quitting dozen of other people. He greeted me as we bumped into each other in the shop, and gave me good advice for my shopping after listening to my needs. He helped find a good deal, saved me time and possible shopping mistakes(his solid product knowledge also scores 10/10). I must have visited Sports Direct around five times, but always left empty handed. This time instead, a genuine asked "Hi there! How are you?" made the difference, and actually gave me a positive mindset to opt for quality, other than low cost quantity rubbish. Such a kind of individual sadly remains a rarity nowdays, and I think a promotion is the least he would deserve. May they be recognised as a good example. Call the man in the office and let him know that his service is much appreciated. Bless”

“Here we have a massive company treating this small shop like it is one of their supermarkets manned by a whole fleet of staff instead of the small shop that it is with its 6/7 staff! Only allowing 2 staff at a time for the most part and having to take in deliveries, respond within minutes for all the takeaway delivery services! Shop for those orders and still serve at the till & Scan in and scan out parcels that there is clearly no room for! The company demand far too much from very few staff in a thankless and quite frankly dangerous job with zero help when needed! I Hope none of you negative commenters will be popping in for your forgotten jar of gravy or pint of milk on Christmas Day since the little shop is not allowed that festive time with their loved ones! As for closing at 10…… they only get paid till 10 and still have to close down and lock up….. maybe they should work an hour unpaid? Morrisons need to seriously look at their little shops and start making things better for all involved! How about supporting your shop and its staff and start making a stand for them for better working life! Which will result in a better shop for the community!?”

“The lady at the FedEx depot was lovely, and could not have been more helpful. The FedEx delivery driver was however completely and utterly useless! He tried to deliver 3 times and said no-one was at home. 2 out of 3 times someone was at home. The 3rd time I sat at home all day, no knock, no bell rang. In the end I drove 40 minutes to the depot to get my parcel, which was ripped and open. 10 out of 10 to the depot 0 out of 10 to the delivery driver. Shockingly bad.”

“We were heading to the airport to fly off for my husbands birthday, when our car decided to give up on the motorway. We rang RAC and luckily Mike came out within 25 minutes. He was unable to fix and wanted to help us sort transport asap so took us to masters garage to sort a hire van. Customer services also rang us wanting to help aswell. Once at the RAC approves garage the van hadn’t yet arrived, but they went above and beyond offering help! They managed to get the car in for a quick turnaround, with the mechanic working through his lunch. The car was sorted so quickly, and we were back on the road happy and relaxed. These people were so kind and the service felt so genuine. Thankyou all!!”

“Me and my wife used Plan Financial, for our pensions. We were introduced to Plan Financial by my cousin for help and advice on our retirement. We contacted them by telephone where we had a very helpful and constructive conversation, we then made an appointment to see Craig. We were told in advance what documents to bring for our first meeting, we sat with the consultant and discussed our pensions, savings etc, he looked at each pension in detail and we left the meeting feeling very pleased and confident we had seen and received the correct information. We completed forms to give them access to our pension companies. After several months we then had another meeting with the same advisor, who had in-depth details to plan out our financial future. We went through the risk factor etc with the advisor in detail and on our final meeting/presentation by Plan Financial we signed up with them for our retirement future. We followed their advice to the letter and as such i have retired at 63 and my wife will retire soon. We would like to say, that our circumstances were a bit different to others as i had very little warning i was about to be either unemployed or retiring. After using Plan Financial the outcome was very good for me and service we received was outstanding, if you think you know about pensions, then think again unless your in the profession. Since using them i have spoken and recommended them to so many people to them. We would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of taking their pension.
