“Massive store. Has everything you could ever want and need. Lots of smaller stores within this store. Can always find what I'm looking for. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. Lots of parking - there is a car park with a time limit specifically for Tesco customers and a huge car park for the retail park just across the road with easy access and unlimited parking time. Never had a bad experience here.”

“Service always great and friendly staff in store the shop always looks great on arrival the manager of the shop is always smiling trying to make your experience the best it can prices are little bit high but not much higher than the local co-op up the road great variety of stock on the shelf which can be helpful when your way home from a busy day at work and just want to pick up something for quick easy tea”

“Murrays have proved to be an excellent letting agency. All processes were easy and professional and the guys in the office were friendly and helpful. They seem to work extremely hard, which does mean that requests are prioritised and you may not get immediate responses for problems that are not deemed urgent. However, I think this is simply the state of the rental market and the lack of care from landlords, rather than a problem with Murrays. In return for a little bit of a hands off approach to letting, you get a property which is very good value for money and a good and fair team of letting agents. By far the best experience I've had renting in Bristol. Would strongly recommend.”

Sweet and sour sauce had a lovely flavour and perfect sauce for the side of chicken balls. i am now a regular, i am a huge fan of the friendly staff and amazing service. overall, can’t complain about one thing. have not once faulted, i’ve never regretted a penny that i’ve spent here in my whole existence!”

“Had a wonderful experience with a blonde girl named Klaudia i walked into the store to buy a laptop devastated mine had broke the night before she was already helping a customer and still stepped up to help me she spoke to me with caring and loving voice and i wasn’t sad anymore. So crazy how a stranger can put a smile on your face. I walked out the shop with a new laptop and a massive smile on my face.”

“Breakfast - £9.99 for self-serve all you can eat and kids eat free. What's not to like? Ate here Saturday 8th April. The food was good, especially for a breakfast buffet. Decent quality with a good, herby taste to the sausage. All.of the food was hot, and even the scrambled eggs were decently cooked - hard to do when they have to stay under the lights. Good selection at the continental section or crumpets, oven-bottom muffins, bread, American pancakes, blueberry muffins / cup cakes, croissants, pain-aux-chocolat. The pastries were nicely flaky.and tasted good. Plenty of choice for cereals and fruits, including fruit salad or fresh whole fruits. Tea, including speciality teas and a bean-to-cup coffee machine all.included in the price. The place was clean, and the staff friendly. Plenty of people seemed to be enjoying their breakfast although it wasn't packed. Definitely worth a visit.”

Extremelly helpfull in a tricky phone-company detail adjustment procedure for a phone upgrade/renew. He's been supper efficient, provided lots of information in the procedure. “Unfortunately I can't say much about rooms or location, as I only entered the establishment twice this week for a course I was talking. But what i can tell you is based off of the ground floor, it Is a very nice building. A lot of charm, character and style you don't really get much of nowadays. The staff were smashing too! I may have briefly conversed with about 7 of the staff between both days. Each one as kind, friendly and well mannered as the next. One gentleman in particular, really helped a lot of us out in my course when we needed to print things off and stuff. From being in similar positions myself at work I can appreciate it may have been a pain but he was very respectful and assisted everyone. It is a shame I did not have the pleasure of attending the hotel as a room guest, as I expect I would have had a nice time. But if I am in the area again I will be sure to check it out.”

“If you go here expecting Michelin Star quality food or service you will be bitterly disappointed, it doesn’t pretend to offer that either, having said that it isn’t a cheap fast food place. It does exactly what it says on the tin! Reasonable food for a reasonable price, will they forget a few things and possibly make a couple of mistakes? More than likely! But if you want a quick pit stop for a decent meal then you can’t go far wrong. The fixtures, fittings and decoration of the bar, restaurant and toilets are in desperate need of a refurb and money does need to be invested into these areas of the property to improve the customer experience. I can’t comment on the hotel side of the business as I didn’t visit it.”

“The food was lovely! The delivery was a bit on the longer side but it was worth the wait! Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were amazing, our daughter doesn't usually like take away but she really enjoyed this one. The notes we added to the order were all followed and the person who delivered our food was really polite and friendly. We'll 100% be ordering from them again!”

“Been wanting to try this place since I saw the video of Marco PW reviewing it eating here on Instagram. It was a weekday lunchtime, I was the only visitor. There’s a deal for one person set menu. £26 gets you any two starters, any main plus any rice or noodle dish. The food was excellent, absolute perfection. I wish I had been more adventurous as there are so many interesting dishes on the menu. I will be coming back and bringing a group next time.”

“What a great experience with John! We came in today to buy our first sofa for our new home, completely overwhelmed with choices at other stores but fell in love with two at Oak furnitureland. John was super helpful by moving the sofa parts around so we could see what it would look like to fit our home, he also made me a coffee which made the experience feel very homely! We ended up coming back and purchasing the one we loved. John was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful! He is an asset to your store! Thank you again John”

“The bear pit is the cultural heart if bristols town centre! Once full of street art and a diverse collection of quirky locals, it's now just a quiet place to chill or skate, saving its use as one of the greatest outdoor party venue, for sparce occasions. The bear pit will always have a place in many people's hearts and has been a place of remembrance, for those who have passed, for many years! Everyone is welcome in the bear pit. All tunnels are safe to walk through and those who may be looked at as "riff raff" are actually some of the nicest, kind, intelligent and considerably unique people you'd ever have the pleasure of conversing with.”

“I used to come to this pizza hut all the time as a child and I was so happy to see it hadn't changed a bit in terms of the delicious food, wonderful service and cosy atmosphere. We were served by the ever so helpful and friendly Maddie who took great care of us during our visit and made us feel very welcome. We placed our order via the app which was very easy and straightforward. The WiFi was a bit spotty but we were told just to give the servers a shout if we needed any help (it worked fine for my 5G!). Our food arrived very shortly after, probably only about a 15 minute wait and it was delicious. Piping hot and cooked to perfection. We were checked up on during our meal and only had praises to sing. The staff at the restaurant made it a really enjoyable and welcoming experience and I would like to mention Maddie again as being an excellent host to our lunch time pizza feast. She went above and beyond and all of the ladies at the till were also kind and friendly as well. We had a lovely visit and this is definitely the best place for pizza in the area!”

“Excellent Surgery On Friday June 20th , to avoid the heat, I came indoors. A good chance to try the new triage system. I wished to request an appointment, in the future. I was wary BUT no need. I felt the new system worked well. Within 10 minutes I had a phone call from a Dr ,advising me of an appointment available in 30 minutes, if I could make it! Yes I could .That must be the quickest appointment in history. I totally understand this was a lucky chance but it can happen.”
