“A homely, inspiring retreat with excellent facilities and great attention to detail. The coziest Soho House I’ve visited! Very dog-friendly, with fantastic Cowshed treatments—but it would be even better if the Cowshed had its own proper sauna and steam room. The pool area isn’t warm enough, making it cold to walk between facilities, especially in winter. The outdoor wood-fired sauna is absolutely amazing, though the door could use better insulation. Food is superb, and in-room breakfast is a highlight. Don’t miss the cookies at turndown—an absolute must! Also, renting wellies for exploring the beautiful countryside trails is a great touch!”

“The Fromeway is truly a gem! We’ve felt so comfortable here the past couple days. Breakfasts with Hannah have been hot and delish. And the fish and chips has been the best we’ve had on our trip. Love the cozy little pub and the beers are ice cold. I could sit there for hours. If you’re here on a Sunday I’m telling you don’t miss the Sunday Roast dinner. It was absolutely amazing (see last pic)!”

Spotless pen, relaxed cat who clearly felt comfortable really fast with his environment and the friendly and efficient team of Diana and Erica. Accommodating with our requests for our cat's 'special needs', and the best test of all: a happy and relaxed cat at the end of a fortnight stay, his longest ever - and he is an indoor cat who becomes easily nervous around other cats and unfamiliar territory. “My family and I had a fantastic time and will be visiting again next year. The rooms are spacious, the showers are nice and the communal dining/lounge is clean and comfortable. Being so close to and being able to ride the horses made my children's day. Brookover is a great base for visiting all the local attractions. 100% recommended.”
