“Just been in store this evening to sort an exchange of lots of Bears clothing - brought as Xmas gifts but when arrived the sizing was out on every item! Annoyingly I then had to travel back to store which is a 40 minute drive as they don’t do online exchange…. However the lad that served me in store was absolutely fantastic. He exchanged item by item to make sure everything was right and went rummaging in the storeroom to find me items in sizes that I needed they weren’t out on the shelf. I explained that one of the items was the only thing on my daughters Santa list and he was so accommodating in helping me. Had an issue with a few tops that we couldn’t exchange like for like as the store didn’t have either the same top in or the right size in stock however this was not his fault. I didn’t get his name but their were lots of staff floating around to witness, so he should be able to be identified and given a big Christmas bonus!”

“We recently sold our Ford Fiesta though Cazoo and it was a surprisingly good experience. Initially, we used a number of car selling sites to get prices for the Fiesta and Cazoo offered the top price by some margin. So we arranged an appointment at the Bristol Customer Centre in Brislington expecting the price to be reduced on inspection of the car. We were prepared to walk away if the price offered was reduced considerably. On arrival, we were impressed with the luxurious building and the friendly welcome from the staff. We were offered a private room to discuss our car sale. After a lovely coffee and a wait of around 15 minutes whilst they checked over the car, we were told that they would honour the original price offered. They then immediately transfered the money into our bank account. Very impressive from start to finish!”

Not often that staff stand out, but he was extremely helpful, seen me checking out padding for shoes and offered a pair that suited my needs perfectly without being asked, definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice easy experience in store.”

“Very good quality products sold here. However, the purpose of my review is mainly dedicated to one of your employees. A huge praise to Rash. His motivation felt very unique and characteristic. That's somebody you would distinguish among a quite-quitting dozen of other people. He greeted me as we bumped into each other in the shop, and gave me good advice for my shopping after listening to my needs. He helped find a good deal, saved me time and possible shopping mistakes(his solid product knowledge also scores 10/10). I must have visited Sports Direct around five times, but always left empty handed. This time instead, a genuine asked "Hi there! How are you?" made the difference, and actually gave me a positive mindset to opt for quality, other than low cost quantity rubbish. Such a kind of individual sadly remains a rarity nowdays, and I think a promotion is the least he would deserve. May they be recognised as a good example. Call the man in the office and let him know that his service is much appreciated. Bless”

“Fantastic shop, I highly recommend. I ordered a longboard for my partner's birthday, I didn't realise it would take a few days to get the board to the store before they send it to me. It clearly states this on the board that I ordered..so completely me not paying attention as I paid for next day delivery..so obviously it wouldn't make it to me the next Day. The store messaged me straight away to advise me of this and my error and was extremely helpful. They kept in constant communication and advised when it was sent out and then when it was on route to me . They were able to do a super quick turnaround and I had the board the day before my partner's birthday. Fantastic customer service!! Would buy all my family longboards just for the great customer service! The board was beautiful and my partner absolutely loved it. Thank you so much!”

“It’s not possible to praise or recommend Jon highly enough, exceptional bike fitter and phenomenal person. I sustained a brain injury which makes judging if things feel better or worse nigh on impossible so wouldn’t be able to give the normal feedback, his expertise and vast experience meant that he recognised a significant hip issue, which I wasn’t aware of, and several bike fit problems and he did it all with good humour and put me totally at ease. I’m now in the care of an osteopath with hope to get back on a bike. Absolutely excellent service and so very grateful.”
