My appointment was with Hannah and she made me feel very comfortable and welcome in the clean and professional salon . She was sensitive and understanding and gave me a fantastic and well needed trim and tidy up. My hair feels healthy and looks great. I would definitely recommend this salon.”

“FANTASTIC!!!.... I'm not really one for leaving reviews but after my recent experience with Zucci, I feel almost obligated!! At just past 5.30pm yesterday evening (9/10/24), I knocked on the door of Zucci, Bath to see if they could answer a quick question with regards to an item that I was looking for. The reason I knocked was that the store had closed up for the day, but staff (I assume manager/owner and a colleague) were present tidying away the days activities. Now my desier to write this review is not based solely on the fact that the door was opened (with a smile), but my questions answered and a fantastic product was both offered and excepted (...may I add, at a very good price too!). In essence, service and experience that I received from Zucci last night is rare and should not be overlooked... 10/10!! Well done Zucci and thank you.”

I got hold off Ann via instergram she booked us in there and then went to view the amazing dresses, my daughter explained what she wanted and Ann got them out my daughter was treated like a princess. She found her dress Ann ordered it in the colour my daughter wanted. We went to pick it up today my daughter had knee surgery last month Ann was very patient allowed my daughter to take her time to try her dress on. I'm gutted I won't be able to experience this again but Ann made the experience amazing and one to remember. Thank you so much for helping me get my daughters dream dress.”

The service was exceptional – not just friendly, but attentive in a wonderfully pleasant and unobtrusive way. You can really tell the staff love what they do.
