“I was referred to Ian by Rossiter’s Department Store in Bath. I wanted some arm covers for a new sofa. He worked like a bespoke tailor, cutting the material on site and pinning it together against the sofa to ensure a perfect fit. He then finished the covers at his workshop and brought them back in a few days for final fitting. We are thrilled with the results. I would recommend Ian to anyone wanting quality upholstery services.”

Today at 1.30 in the morning (insomniac) I ordered a Carbon Fibre paddle £129. No issues. This morning shortly after they opened I had an email to say item was packaged and sent to dispatch. Then just after this I had a marketing email to say its St Patrick's Day and a 10% discount code. I wrote a tongue in cheek email, to try my luck see if they would give me a voucher towards my next purchase as I missed the deal by ordering out of hours. Just had a return email to say they refunded the 10% back to my card. They didn't need to do that, great products, great support.”

“I regularly visit the Flannels store in Bath as the staff are very friendly and you never feel pressure to buy when in the store. Whenever I've visited I've received the same level of welcome and help - even if I'm just browsing the latest season. When I've asked for help with finding things - staff have been willing to help and have also given their opinion on different brand fits from their own experience of the brands. They never come across judgemental at all, which is rare for a luxury designer store. They are always polite to me whether I'm spending £40 or £400. Which is why I go back regularly. The prices are what I expect of the store - previously I would have to go to Bristol, Swindon or London to find the same designer Brands.”

The hotel is a little dated but what do you expect from a grade ll listed Georgian building! Be aware bath has a large seagull population and you will here there wherever you are. We found them hilarious as they sounded like they were all chatting with even names one Steven!”
