“I honestly can’t express how happy I am with my teeth! I was booked in with Naomi for maintenance, and fair play to Cherie she managed to move my appointment time and even got me booked in for two more composite veneers. I knew there would be a bit of a wait (they’re so popular!), but if you want the best, you’ve got to be prepared for that. All the staff are so helpful and genuinely lovely people. I’ve been with them for a year now, and I have absolutely no regrets!”

“Our cats had their annual boosters and we went to the new Caerphilly Vet Practice in Castle View. What an amazing facility. It is modern, clean and well designed. It started with a warm welcome on reception from Sue and Tracy and then there was a special cat waiting area to help them feel safe. Lucy the vet treated our cats like they were her own and we felt they were in safe hands. We would recommend Caerphilly Vets.”

“I can't thank the staff here enough. We called in desperate need of an urgent appointment for our 8 month old french bulldog Martha-May. The reception staff were extremely helpful and very kindly booked us in straight away. From start to finish, the veterinary team was extremely attentive to Martha-May and could not do enough for her and us. All staff provided a professional and friendly service. We can not recommend the PDSA enough, and I would kindly ask for people to donate any old blankets or towels you may have as they are always in need of these items. “Just been to this vets for the first time as we are on holiday in Watchet and my sproker, Barney, had become unwell. They were amazing!! 5 star service. When I called at lunchtime, they were full but within minutes the lovely lady on reception called me back after they had a cancellation. I saw Paul, the vet, he was amazing with my reactive dog, very knowledgeable and calm and kind and efficiently treated him. I can't thank them enough.”

“My cat was registered with Beaconsfield Veterinary Clinic for most of his life. When he hurt his eye & developed an eye ulcer, their care & advice was first rate. The staff are compassionate & caring towards pets & owners. When my precious little cat got old, he attended several senior Cat Clinics & they were quick to identify health problems & offer advice. Sadly, when the time came & my precious boy was dying, the Veterinary Doctor advised me on when was the best time to let him go. Not only were they kind, humane & professional towards my boy, but they made sure I was comforted too. I have no regrets about any of the treatment they offered. They were always looking out for my pet's welfare & worked to ensure that he had a long & happy life. Some treatments, although potentially expensive, were always done with a full explanation of what was needed & why. I have no reservations about recommending this practice and I would like to thank them for their care of my beautiful cat.”

“I had my annual brow top up (microblading) with Charlotte two weeks ago and I could not be happier! I didn't leave a review last year but should have. My brows faded out beautifully unlike some of my friends' brows that were done elsewhere. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else! If you're on the fence, do it!”

“We have used Park Vets for the past 25+ years and always found them excellent. Over the last nine months our dog Harry who was 15 under went an operation on his neck. It was a great success and he bounced out of it, with a new lease of life. Sadly he was taken ill in July and it was decided he would have teeth out. Following tests it was found he was a very poorly boy. We made the sad decision for him to be put to sleep. Through all of this the practise were excellent, in particular Michaela made this sad process easier to bear. All staff were so lovely and supportive. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“Unfortunately we had our border collie called buster put to sleep this morning and everyone at the vets including emma was amazing and can't thank you enough for everything you done for us and emma should be proud of herself and if any vets need a course on how to deal with things like this they or to watch emma in action she was more professional than professional can be that's all I am going to say is emma what a vet u are what a person u are and last word you and the team are perfect”

“Lovely vets, made my little girl feel so comfortable she gets excited to go now! Update: I got my dog spayed here, and I cannot thank the lovely lady who discharged her enough. When dropping her off in the morning, she explained everything I needed to know. When I picked her up she went through everything, answered all the questions I had, and didn’t make me feel silly for being emotional. My little dog is my whole world, and after some previous dogs of mine had bad experiences with the vets they went to I was very nervous about this process. The staff here are wonderful, and I wouldn’t dream of taking her anywhere else. Thank you all for looking after my little Gwenllian ♥️”

“I’ve visited Beauty Advance a few times and had a full skin scan, ClearLift Laser Facial and Dermoregen Facial. The team are so lovely and it was so interesting to see the different layers of my skin and find out my skin’s age! ClearLift is one of my favourite facials as I typically have hormonal breakouts - I had glowing, clear skin for weeks afterwards - and the Dermoregen is a great clear out with a microderm for when my skin feels congested. Highly recommend!”

“I was attending for a two yearly check up, which they contacted me about. Found it very easy to use their online booking system to book a slot that suited me. I arrived early for my appointment and was seen early. I found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Each test was explained by the optometrist and they answered my questions. I selected a new pair of glasses and they were ready for collection a week later. Been using Specsavers for 20 years and have always received excellent service.”

“After a really bad experience at the other big opticians around the corner, I visited Vision Express Cardiff. Nicole at Vision Express was so helpful and understanding. She didn’t try to oversell to me and explained everything clearly. There was a really good selection of prescription sunglasses at the Cardiff store so I got what I needed in less than half an hour. Shortly afterwards I received a text to say my glasses were ready to pick up and again Nicole helped me with resizing them to fit. The glasses are perfect and I’m so much happier with my choice at Vision Express.”

From again the first meet everyone was very friendly, I met with Corrina - clinic manager who is always a friendly welcome on arrival , helpful proffessional . Ella - Receptionist always helpful nothing is too much to ask. Nurse Caroline - Friendly professional, again skilled in her area no question is too much.”

“I had my eye lid surgery in Cardiff by Dr 14th October this year he is amazing the care is first class and the after service good Im still in recovery but very pleased any problems you message and get a reply within 10 min Totally don't understand the negative comments my experience has been wonderful and will have other things done there before and after picture”

“The clinic is very clean and modern. Location-wise its okay with free parking. All the staffs are friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. I highly recommend Clare. Without a doubt the best hygienist I’ve come across. Professional, friendly, knowledgable and extremely thorough. She’s patient, clearly communicated what she was doing at all times and her attention to detail is impressive. My teeth always feel so clean after every appointment. My cat was hit by a car ( we think) and I turned up such a mess, Hannah took my cat straight away and checked her over, the receptionists were absaloutly golden, so compassionate. They had answers and solutions straight away! They kept me updated constantly, offered and explained everything to me and now My little warrior is home on the mend! I can't recommend or thank them enough!”

“Little Westra welcomed our Beagle with a friendly team. I was shown around the kennels and facilities beforehand, which was reassuring for a first timer. Our dog seemed happy enough after his 8 day stay and did not have too much of the usual kennel smell which has happened at a different kennel. Overall I would recommend Little Westra and will use them again should the need arise.”
