I need a tooth out and you can imagine my anxiety levels were through the roof, the experience took two hours that’s how gentle they were, we go on about the NHS but I can tell you, it’s not the front line staff it’s the organisation that is broken. It was excellent and just what we wanted. Service from CVT was amazing. No need for us to have the hassle of check in for our boarding passes as they had done that for us. Transfers? All done. Polite nudges when required for us to pay the remainder of the invoice. If you use CVT you won’t be dissatisfied or disappointed- they are first class, and we highly recommend them because of that.”
