We went to the one on the outskirts of Cardiff Centre so was a little disappointed to not find the play area or cafe, although this was my own mistake for not doing enough research. Staff were fantastic and put my little girl at ease immediately. Such a lovely little shop with handmade clothes and toys and plenty of things to keep my daughter busy. We went for the first hair it package and was more than happy with the result. Will definitely be going back, but may check out the other location next time. The cars to sit in were a little dated, not that my daughter cared and the little TVs by the mirrors also helped to keep her occupied. Would definitely recommend!”

My hair was down to my bottom so quite the task for a restyle! Jo was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, what my concerns and previous issues were and handled my hair with the most care I've ever had at a salon. I asked her to take a little more off the length and she was happy to oblige and the final cut is exactly the restyle I wanted and I've had nothing but compliments since I've had it done. She was so good, I immediately rebooked another maintenance appointment, something I have never felt comfortable to do elsewhere. Really happy and will be a returning customer - including a colour. 10/10”
