Also the spa receptionist that day (we never got her name - had fabulous blue hair!) went above and beyond to look after my Mum: she was struggling with sensory overload and this lovely receptionist took the initiative to move my Mum to a darker soundproofed room whilst she waited for her treatment which truly helped her so much. Special shout out to David Thatcher, one of the Personal Trainers. Although I know my way around gyms, I wanted to take my fitness to the next level and have purchased some sessions to help me achieve my goals. David has been helping me find muscles and strength that I did not know that I had. He also keeps me entertained during the session, and the time really does fly when you are counting reps!
