Delighted to see Nikkie back behind the bar as she is very experienced, goes above & beyond with attention to detail & this drifts down to the other staff who were brilliant (special mention to Kayla who was a little superstar with our table !) lovely atmosphere building up in this pub again!”

“Had dinner here 15 October with our family, 6 of us. We ate early so there was not many customers hence the 4 an not 5 stars for atmosphere. Food was very good we all had something different and all of us enjoyed it. Service was excellent. Sophia who looked after us was brilliant a big shout out for her. “The chef is a genius, the food was perfection. The waiting staff are absolutely lovely, we were served by Raphaël and another gent (I’m sorry we didn’t get your name), both provided excellent service. The 6 course tasting menu we did was also amazing value for what we were given. The fish stew was my absolute favourite course, but the harissa carrot soup and chocolate mousse were close runners up. Thanks so much guys, you should all be proud of yourselves.”

Kristina the waitress in Cafe Brasilia is always willing to offer her assistance. Also, she has an excellent rapport with the many clients served in Caffe Brasilia including families and other guests. She would be an asset to any employer, and I strongly recommend her for any endeavour. Kristina the waitress as far as I experienced is a creative and loyal employee, communicative, independent at work, honest, tolerant, hardworking, diligent, disciplined, kind and warm person to all guests and clients of Caffe Brasilia. “Booked a table for Sunday lunch. Service was outstanding, we were served promptly and had frequent check backs. Food and drinks were delivered to our table quickly! Fastest service I've ever seen! I had roast pork with the cheesy cauliflower and it was amazing! Full of flavour and big portions. Cheesy cauliflower was out of this world!!! I had dessert too (chocolate brownie).. amazing too! Overall I had an amazing meal here and will definitely return! All staff were very friendly, nice and attentive. Thank you!”

“Birthday Lunch at the private dining room. The service was very good. They made sure we always have drinks and that we are happy with our dishes. The food was delicious we all had Sunday roasts. The planning was also very smooth , they were responsive and communicated well.”

“I would just like to thank the store manager shar I recently had a weekend break in Leamington Spa with the girls and bought a little jumper for the baby of the family for Christmas and left it at this store I have later found out having gone back to Manchester I noticed I hadn’t got my little brown bag so I phoned this store by chance as I thought it was the last place we were sat to have coffee and she said she had got the bag with the little jumper and was so helpful and kind and said she would post out free of charge to me absolutely so lovely of her thanks so much for all your help and I must say the coffee and cake was so nice too we had the best time in Leamington spa thanks again shar for your kindness xx”

“Visited the Copper Pot on Thursday evening before going to the cinema. Young fella behind the bar was really friendly, welcoming and efficient. We ordered food , 2 different burgers which were excellent & great value. Happy with the price of the drinks and the place itself was very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Popped in today for a birthday breakfast. Staff could not have been nicer. We ordered two cappuccinos, eggs Benedict & smashed avacado on toast with crispy bacon. Food was delicious, coffee the same and service was friendly and attentive. Really like this place and would highly recommend.”
