The gentleman who answered, Danny, was incredibly polite, charming, and professional. Despite being busy, he managed to fit my car in for an MOT on the same day – something I truly appreciated. The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready even sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. While I waited, the waiting area was comfortable enough and made the short wait easy. What really stood out, though, was Danny’s excellent customer care. After the MOT, he went through the paperwork with me also provided some quotes for servicing and tyres, (that I’d asked for) but there was absolutely no pressure or sales push – just clear, helpful information. I felt completely respected as a customer, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was so happy, courteous and professional throughout. All in all, it was a seamless and stress-free MOT experience. Ran like clockwork! I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this centre to others. Thank you, Danny and the team at Foleshill Road!”

“I have been here twice, on each occasion I received the best care. Reports were given to me within the time frame, they were upfront on tests I will need to do and ones that weren't necessary. The medical reports were gone through by the consultant ( on the day and a follow up telephone for the blood results). All questions were answered, I was never left with any uncertainty or unsure about anything. The reception staff are welcoming and polite. They offer complimentary coffee, latte, water etc and inform you to help yourself. They go out of the way to make you feel like you're welcomed. I needed to have bloods taken and the trained professional was able to take blood in one go! I usually get poked at least 3 times, but she was a pro! Made me feel comfortable and was talking, I didn't even realise that she drew blood until afterwards. I highly recommend this practice, it is my favourite private practice in Birmingham just a distance to get to, but worth it. The facility is also wheelchair friendly.”

“I attended VETS Now emergency clinic in Coventry on Saturday afternoon with my kitten who was vomiting + hadn't eaten for 2 days, on the advice of a vet I consulted prior to going. It was stressful as I was on my own + my kitten was in obvious distress. The reception staff were lovely + engaged with me from the out set. I had to wait about 20 mins to see a vet but when I did she immediately explained the situation + was very mindful of the stressful situation I was in +, more importantly, the cost of the visit, so wasn't about to offer any treatment not needed at that point, which I found extremely refreshing. She treated my kitten after a thorough examination + explain what to expect in the following days + how to go forward . I was very reassured + my kitten improved almost immediately. The only downside is the cost of the whole experience. To just walk through the door is over £300, ( I was advised of this before going). However, as my insurance company cap the emergency cost at £200 I am now out of pocket by over £100, which just adds to the stress of it all. I know that is down to my insurance company's policy but I am guessing it's the same with most insurance companies. No one attends an emergency clinic if they don't have to, + not all people have insurance etc. I, personally, don't know how they arrive at the £300 plus fee but it would be nice if it could be brought down to a little closer to the amount most insurance companies accept + pay.”

I can't embarrass anyone by naming them publicly, but sincerely, I am so glad I met her first. I dont mean to cast any favouritism, but, for me, in my case, I have no other option but to favouritise, because the lady was the assessor for my condition. I had to ask if she had the same condition because of how precise and accurate she was/is. There was a long wait from GP to the neurodevelopmental team. Starting from the GP late 2019 after seeking a more definitive remedy for the undiagnosed symptoms in childhood, which were apparent and therefore commiserated in adulthood, through the mental health team, was directed to them. In January 2022, I was sent an assessment date. In the assessment I met the most understanding, engaging, friendly, knowledgeable person. It was like she was reading my mind. I remember asking 'how do you know that?'. It's her job ultimately, but, the comfort and confidence it gave me, installed a greater sense of security knowing I was finally in the right place. I was diagnosed after two thorough meetings, then offered treatment. I accepted therapy sessions and online group work post diagnosis to better understand the condition, how it affects other people, and how self care adaptations can help to live better with this new identity. There, we met other members of the team and again their experience within this area of expertise was refreshing. One of the very first points after laying down the rules of respecting each other was 'You are the experts - it is your own experience' and 'same diagnosis different experiences, or different diagnosis but similar experience.' Being allowed to regress and ultimately realise that this condition is a birthright goes on to relax the anxieties of 'not knowing why', and cannot thank this team enough for making the process of acceptance alot easier. The team display compassion, respect, collaboration, excellence, integrity, professionalism, non judgemental values and succeed at having people at their heart. I have been treated as an individual foremost, and not a 'just someone else with the same old story, heard it all before' powerless sheep. I like that. I like how they know what they're talking about, and equally how they continue to want to learn and grow... alot Thank you”

What a breath of fresh air they are in a profession which at times has been much maligned for the difficult work they do. At last a professional who takes the time out to explain the procedures which at times are difficult and can be painful. At times over the years I have felt that some dentists don’t really care about their patients and the so called bed side manner almost none existent.
