“Popped in for an emergency appointment that I thought I had booked online but I had fudged up. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful, even managed to slot me in. Within moments I was sitting with the dentist. Very kind patient lady who talked me through my options and gave advice. After no time at all it was all over and I was on my way. I’m now signed up with this practice after the wonderful treatment I’ve received. Highly recommend even to nervous patients. Such a calm welcoming experience. For the first time ever I’m looking forward to my next trip to the dentist. Thank you all and see you again soon for my consultation.”

“I contacted Robert September 2023 as I felt my teeth were resembling nanny McFee and the bottom teeth had been very crushed for decades! I had a consultation with Sue who explained the Invisalign process comprehensively. I had a scan of my teeth and a plan with 19 trays was developed. 2 weeks later I had my first tray fitted and I was on the journey. Regular communication was very easy and huge attention to detail. 9 months later and I now have a fabulous set of straight teeth and I have even had them whitened just in Time for my daughters wedding. You can rest assured that your Cats (and other small animals) will receive the very best care whilst you are away from them. Alison will always send you photos and updates on your pets to give you that extra peace of mind when you start to miss them (with us, that’s about 2 hours!). Please don’t forget to book early as this leading, excellent cattery fills up quickly. For July/August holidays, I’d try not to leave it later than late January!!!”

I have spoken to a number of different people there, depending on what my question has been. I actually get to speak to the designer in person, if I need to, or if it’s not such a specific question, one of the other phone operatives will answer fully. “I came in with my partner for some procedures, spent a fair few hours at the hospital and every member of staff was truly wonderful and helpful. We had Ella as our ward nurse who was so kind, caring and attentive- she checked on my partner regularly and made him feel safe during his time here. She had excellent bedside manner and was regularly making sure he was well and not in too much pain. Mel and Sara were the nurses who took him into the procedure room who were also kind, caring and attentive. The main dr he had was Dr Kaba, who is truly a caring, friendly and professional Dr who really listens to his patients. He was very charming, talented and put all our worries at ease. Thank you so much for everything!! All of the staff are truly lovely and we would 100% come back to this hospital again.”

“Absolutely first class. I had a problem with a constantly running old Bristan classic tap. I went to my local plumbing merchant who told me that I would need a new cartridge and that washers don't exist for this tap anymore etc etc etc. Being a bit sceptical I went to these guys for a second opinion as I really don't know much about taps at all. I showed to sales guy a photo of the tap and he instantly told me what I needed to do and gave me two washers to complete the job. Within 5 minutes or getting home the tap was fixed.
