“Dilpreet was a fabolouse, kind and super friendly guy the service was spectacular, very very good indian food, probably the best one in this area. We enjoyed this time here with my wife and friends, we come from Spain and we don’t have restaurants like this ond in our city, sure we’ll repeat”

“Several varieties of authentic south and north Indian dishes in good quantity and delicious flavours. It's best suited to both regular native Indians and for someone who wants to taste the Indian food for the first time. Cons are that only cash is accepted and dining atmosphere is decent compared to other dine-in multicuisine restaurants.”

“Being from London, My Coventry family and I had dinner at Cinnamon's At Beechwood. We had a great time there, the food was great and the staff gave us a great and friendly service. I understand, from my Coventry family, that this a newly opened restaurant, with a chef from a popular previous restaurant based in Coventry. Must say the food was excellent and reasonable priced. I highly recommend it. Wish it was in London.”

I am not from Coventry but I’ve become a fan of their foods particularly this cake. The cake is really worth for this price as each bite of it gives you a dream heavenly feel. “There are 2 tables behind where one can eat inhouse. We had a simple lunch here. Thali has 2 subzi and 1 daal, one can select form what is there. Then we had 2 theplas for the kids. As we went quite early it was empty and staff was chatty with us. Then we had a chocolate burfi which had an actual layer of chocolate, in India it is just barfi with chocolate color.”

“To make this unbias and fair, I left it about a year to leave this review and had around 20-30 takeaways from Shahjalal in that time. Let me start by saying these guys produce some of the best tasting curries/dishes I've ever tasted in Indian Cuisine. I've not had one poor dish, not one! The presentation of the dish, even in the metal containers is great, the attention to detail is second to none. The delivery is always or ahead of time, every time. The costs are very reasonable for the quality you get. I wont be using anyone else again other than Shahjalal! Thank you a million guys, and keep doing what you're doing. Liam H.”
