βIan helped me maintain my sanity through a difficult period. His approach is simplicity itself; he is a warm-hearted, fun and empathetic man. His natural wisdom, and his training offer a set of practical mental tools to modify your outlook. Recommended.β
βFaye and caroline and karla are great workers loved meeting them abd work they done on course i was onβ
βThis is a helpful website to find a local Christian counsellor or supervisorβ
βGreat centre a few minutes walk from the train station , nicley decorated and felt very comfortable and homely inside . My counselor was amazing , you have to book with the counsellors directly using the details they have listed on the park counselling centre website in Thier bios ( noticed another review saying they were calling the centre itself which won't work ) All round a positive experience and I would definitely recommend using them if you need to chat with some one !β
βA good range of approaches, persistent and challenging, warm and kind. He looked to get my views on how the work was going, yet provided strong professional knowledge, to mean we quickly improved how I was feeling about things. Thank youβ
βPriory hospital Solihull has by far been the best mental health unit our family has been involved with. Our relative has had difficulties over many years, and this is the first unit where his needs have been comprehensively assessed and a care plan built around his requirements . Staff are compassionate, supportive, and knowledgeable . The ethos is towards a holistic approach , looking not just at mental health , but other physical and social issues that can affect outcomes. As a result our relative has made huge strides towards a more independant and positive future .β
βSelf referred for counselling. Counsellor i was assigned to was brilliant. Easy to talk to, gave me invaluable help, advice, tips.β
βAmazing place to visit in Englandβ
βReally friendly staff, they felt like the most genuinely passionate and helpful mental health professionals I've met.β
βBest hospital local big up all the staff and take care. Beck Ward is the best.β
βAn excellent practice with a genuinely caring approach. The staff are kind, professional, and attentive to patientsβ needs, and itβs clear that they also value and support their team. I felt well looked after throughout my experience and would highly recommend this practice.β
βStaff were gracious (donated food and hats/scarves) and helpful. Residents treated with respect and the building is always kept clean.β
βSorry people but I have got no complaints. Late afternoon is when I call, never had to wait more than 10min. The staff are polite and helpful, personally I have experienced a system that actually works for a change whilst the country is falling apart around us..β
βThe Westwood Medical Centre is excellent. The staff are very helpful and considerate. Westwood, you are really appreciated!β
βGreat staff and excellent serviceβ
βHave been with the surgery since the mid 80βs and have generally been very satisfied. Itβs NHS with all the limitations that entails but they do their best to schedule and prioritise when necessary. Recent communication and scheduling treatment with regard to my painful osteoarthritis (and other conditions) has been excellent. My especial thanks to Dr Dobson and GP Registrar Dr Vickers (not forgetting Dr Bonsall and his patience with my persistent second guessing).β
βI have been with this doctors for some years now, myself and my children. The wait on the telephone to get through to surgery has been my only issue in the past but staff are all lovely, receptionists are so friendly, Dr Singh is brilliant with my children, midwife and the pharmacist are very understanding & since my recent visit phone times have improved massively. Thank you to all the staff at this surgery. Highly recommended.β
βI noticed the low score reviews and wanted to give my own review to balance them somewhat. I moved to the area 6 years ago and was not registered with any practice until covid, when I realised I needed to be registered to get vaccinated. I picked Jubilee because it is on my commuting route as well as the route I generally take when visiting family and friends, and it's easy walking distance. There are other, better rated practices nearby, but the location for me was key. I have had cause to go in recently due to a painful injury that I am on a waiting list for. The staff couldn't be more pleasant, when I have been in blinding pain I have been able to see someone the same day, and they have responded to my phone enquiries with diligence and courtesy, I couldn't ask for better.β
βHi! I really decided to share a review when I saw many negative reviews. For some reason they are mostly on Google Maps, and when I first applied, I was disappointed a bit, but it seems everything is fine. I am a distant graphic design learner; I do not know about other subjects, so I am reviewing it as someone who completed the first year. So if we're talking about downsidesβfor me as an Eastern European, the price is a little bit high, but it's manageable. The online platform also could be improved; I will say refreshed. It feels outdated, but overall it is working. I always thought that learning is more about diving into the topic deeper and asking for help if needed. I can't say I am a good student, as I am working full-time as a motion designer, and I usually regret this because I wanted to spend more time on some topics. But the university provides lecture support, feedback, and 1-to-1 meetings. It's all possible by contacting your lecturer. Don't think that you will be treated like in kindergarten here, especially with distance learning. The university provides a lot of good literature in digital form (I wish I would have time to read it as much as I want). Each lesson is supported with literature. In design studies there is so much practical work each week; if you do it, you totally will understand the topic. Again, this isn't Harvard, but they provide a structured program that keeps you motivated to manage your time and deadlines, and you will probably have skills to work on some freelance tasks after a few modules.β
βI have been coming to this practice all my life and have no complaints. I am always seen promptly and the telephone triage has worked really well for me. I am often then offered an appointment on the day I ring, if there's a need. I have always been seen within a few minutes of the appointment time. I like the touch screen log in and the staff are polite and friendly. The receptionist knows my name, and I don't go very often.β
βAfter needing to find a new GP due to our previous practice changing their catchment area, we registered with Longford Primary Care Centre. Our experience has been exceptional from the start. Booking a non-urgent appointment was straightforward, with the receptionist efficiently scheduling me for a reasonable date. As an autistic person with ADHD, I typically struggle with change and felt anxious about transitioning to a new practice. However, the nurse immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit. The practiceβs communication has been outstanding. Email responses arrive remarkably quickly, and clinicians proactively call to provide updates and expedite referrals. During a recent appointment with my daughter, I witnessed the clinician speaking with genuine care and compassion to another patient leaving their consultation. This demonstrated the consistent level of empathy throughout the practice. When we were called in, the clinician was wonderful with my daughter, skillfully easing her concerns about being at the doctorβs surgery - something she had previously found intimidating. The professional approach helped transform what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. While we havenβt been patients for very long, every interaction has exceeded our expectations. The quality of care, communication, and genuine compassion shown by all staff members gives us confidence that this standard will continue. I would highly recommend Longford Primary Care Centre to anyone seeking a patient-centred practice that truly cares about their community.β
