“I was leaving for a holiday later this day and I did not have enough of my medication to last the duration of the trip. I had asked the GP to put through an emergency prescription but this was taking too long. After speaking to Harp, he called the GP to check that the emergency prescription was being processed before he issued me the medication. Thanks to Harp I was able to go ahead with the holiday, so thank you for going above and beyond. I would also like to say that every time I have asked for a prescription the staff have been polite and efficient, placing this store above any other I have used, in my eyes.”

Contacted the dealer and sent them pictures of the package and they where so helpfull and asked if i wanted a refund for the pads or if i wanted them to send a new package and there where no problem at all to get refund through paypal”

Only grip is the lunchtime closing, (i would make this 4.5 star review, but it doesnt do 1/2 stars) - its a local Pharmacy, most local Pharmacies do the same. They have decent stock off over the counter and prescription medications. Very happy with their service, the staff are always friendly and helpful.”

I went to get mine and was telling the lovely lady that I would be back later in the day as my Mum had an appointment and she said not to wait till the time just bring her down which I did and was seen within minutes. “Inadequate facilities for people having to queue for up to 30 mins to submit a prescription. I have arthritis and found the standing very painful. The waiting area with chairs was unassailable on that day. My number was 234 which kept appearing on screen as please wait. After 60 mins I questioned why it was taking so long. They said they didn’t have the complete order so did I want to return another day of take what they had. I took what they had after having to wait again for it to be re submitted. A week later they messaged to let me know they now had the remainder in stock. I do not rate this service.”
