The call back system is great, the reception staff are always polite and caring and the doctors and nurses take the time to listen. Being able to get appointment on the same day is fabulous. “Absolutely fantastic Premier Inn, absolutely five star and beyond! Booked to stay for my birthday with my girlfriend who lives in Coventry, but unfortunately she was admitted to hospital the day we was due to check in. But, I checked in for my two nights and would visit her for most of the time I was there and would pretty much just sleep at the hotel. Shame, as it was such a lovely and clean room not to mention cosy. Special mention to Connor after finding out it was my birthday, he arranged for a couple of complimentary drinks for my room and upon returning from spending 10 hours of my birthday at the hospital, I found an ice bucket with two bottles of beer and a lovely birthday card from all the staff. Such a lovely gesture and will return with my girlfriend to make up for her not being able to stay. Purple spotlight in bathroom is a really nice touch. Lovely staff and nice place to stay. Thanks”
