“I’ve only ever had a positive experience with this doctors. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and patient. The nurses and doctors I’ve seen have actually cared about what I’m telling them. Doctor visits are usually a terrible experience for me. I usually feel I’m not being listened to or not enough is being considered to sort the problem. But I’ve not had that experience here at all.”

“Yes, there's always a queue when you phone but at least the message tells you where you are in the queue. That way you know if you can leave it ringing while you do something else for 5 minutes. I've been really impressed with this GP surgery. They've sorted out medication kerfuffle without me having to do much at all, and they've seen me on an urgent basis and been very nice about it all. If you ring on Monday morning you will wait ages on the phone and probably can't be seen that day, but that's the case for all GP practices now unfortunately.”
