“I recently purchased a jacket from trespass for my wife . Having only Worn the jacket a handful of times there seemed to be abnormal amount of down coming out of the jacket. I understand that there is always going to be certain amount of feathers but this was ridiculous. So my wife decided to return the jacket, but I'd lost the receipt and payed cash so there was not paper trail to prove we'd actually purchased the jacket in-store. We tried afew places even called the 0800 helpline but no joy. Until we took the jacket to the Leamington branch of trespass where they were happy to exchange for a different jacket or order the same jacket, so we purchased another jacket a paid the difference. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter”
