“What an experience. We had a group afternoon tea for a hen party and the staff at the cafe could not have been more wonderful. Such a friendly team, offering to take photos for us, chatting with us. Just an amazing time and we all have been talking about it and telling others about it! We had a wreath making workshop in the cafe after the afternoon tea which was just great. Businesses joining together. A great atmosphere with other businesses on the yard too. Scones were absolutely DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!”

“The decor and ambience pre Christmas was just splendid and most welcoming...The coffee was delicious,and the service smiling with nothing being too much trouble! We came with a hidden of tiny children and there were even Christmthemed toys to entertain them and baby chinos with perfect temperature.A dream Café for lucky Duffield!”

“We had a brilliant time here on Saturday afternoon, some enjoying 2 for 1 cocktails and others the coffee. It is a lovely venue and the staff were incredibly friendly & happy. There were 15 of us but there was never a delay in getting a drink. They closed at 5pm but were happy with us finishing up & didn't rush us. I have been here a lot for food but will definitely come back for drinks.”

“Lovely spot for a drink & light meal! We visited last year and enjoyed our experience with the friendly f'coffee team. We opted for the charcoal latte & butterfly pea latte which were absolutely delightful. The vegan avocado & roasted red pepper sandwich was spot on, however a bit sweet for my taste. Nice decor and atmosphere, very popular place (we were lucky to find an available table). All in all, would definitely return when in the area.”

“Every time we come from Brazil to visit my mother in law we go there to have some real English breakfast! It's excellent, well served, and well prepared. They have coffee, tea, some different sorts of beverages, like sodas and canned juice. The staff is very polite and efficient in their service and the place is clean.”

“Having never been in, myself and my 7 year old went on Thursday. Service was fantastic lovely polite staff. I had an all day breakfast ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON!! My son wanted a sausage roll which he very much enjoyed. I had a cappuccino and my son had a milkshake, we both had desserts. Spotless place, outstanding food, everything clean. Best breakfast I've eaten out in two years.”

“I had no idea this place existed, but it's a real winner. Beautiful decor, great tasting coffee, and a price that was very reasonable. All in all a really lovely experience. I just hope it thrives and can find it's place in the market. There are a lot of newly built houses nearby so cross fingers!”

“I mostly attend Camberwell and Peckham stores. Very friendly staff - well most of them,some probably had either bad start of the day or someone has managed to spoil their mood already. I love Peckham store for space and nice view of busy Peckham life, Camberwell store for quietness and friendly staff. I have issue with Costa Custome Services thou-i purchased mug in Derby-didnt get receipt, now back in London i am stuck with this cup because i found my favourite mug in Clapham.”

“These muffins are just amazing!!! Not only do they look gorgeous they taste so good! The staff are always lovely and so welcoming. The whole atmosphere is cool and cozy. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I’ve started to be home away for work in Darby fairly often. These muffins taste just like home and always bring me a small comfort while here. This place has become one of my favourite coffee shops and bakery.”

“The new Christmas mint hot chocolate is very nice. Bit sickly towards the end. Staff always polite. Always cold sitting in the foyer but guess its better to sit down at all. Staff always keep area clean and always willing to help. The tiffin cakes are so Devine.”

“Really impressed with the menu and wider choices now on offer for lunch, e.g. All day breakfasts, homemade chilli. Had the hot roast turkey and stuffing cob with roasties and gravy, great quality, super lean thickly sliced meat and lots of it. Proper roasties and stuffing. Really good price, £11.99, lovely, very filling meal. Tea and cakes all lovely. Only negative is tiny coffee for the price. Hope the bigger menu stays.”

“It was a nice experience even though it was raining outside. Relaxing to look out on the locks. I ordered cottage pie which was really tasty however the staff insisted its not made from real cottages! We'll definitely go again.”

“Relatively new and all very clean and modern looking. Polite staff and relaxing music played nice and quietly. As much parking as you need in the meteor centre car park right outside. There is enough indoor seating for about 65 inside and a few tables outside. Usual Costa menu and well looked after. Toilets available inside for customers. Hearing loop available.”
