“Friendly, helpful and sensibly priced”
“Lovely friendly staff, great service.”
“Both dogs had their vaccines including Nasal kennel cough. Young female vet was, as usual, wonderful with them. Given how nervous my rescue dog is she was calm and took her examination and injection etc with no problem. A great vet.”
“Always a great bet to deal with. Reception staff are helpful and always try to accommodate. Vets are so lively and patient with the pets.”
“Staff are all very knowledgeable and brilliant at what they do. Lots of time and attention are given to pets' needs on an individual basis, clients are heard out and valued, and every effort is made to give the best care with both the pet and owner in mind.”
“Best local vet group. Price is fair for the level of service and the employees are a pleasure. The PetsApp integration has made life so much easier for an introvert like me! I appreciate the integration very much and it works like a charm.”
“Always very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Very informative, doesn't charge an arm and a leg always gives me options on what medication my Dog needs. They have always looked after my Dog whether it being in the Kirkcaldy vet or Glenrothes. Highly recommended”
“I can’t be anymore grateful to the staff at Lochend branch & especially Oxgangs branch for being so patient and understanding with my deaf American Bulldog Clyde. Over the past 2 months weekly visits done for desensitization. 1-11-23 Clyde was admitted for neutering. Staff gave up their own time and went above and beyond for my boy. Massive thanks to Mel who has treated Clyde like he was her own family member’s. I greatly appreciate all their time and concern.”
“I’d like to say a massive thanks to all the team at Drumbrae for the love and support shown to our darling Robbie. He had a really tough last 3 1/2 years, but we’d like to pass on all our thanks to everyone who helped care for him. Allan & Mandy White x PS: We are so grateful for all the mementos and the time that was put into making them. Thanks to Wendy for organising this for us.”
“Handed in some towels/blankets for the animals. Lovely staff and good choice of treats for my dog. My old dog was adopted from here. Great charity.”
“Unfortunate circumstances as we brought our deceased wee cat in at around 12:45am...but stuff absolutely brilliant, kind , helpful and very professional. Many thanks to this excellent facility. Glad you were there when we needed you.”
“Our beautiful dog Bruno has had some health problems over the last year and Inglis Vets have always been amazing and so accommodating. Sadly it was time for Bruno to cross the rainbow bridge last week on 24/04/25. Inglis have been truly incredible during this sad time and Bruno was happy and calm when he passed. We even received a condolences card in the post today with his paw print on the front. What a lovely touch. Thank you for everything you do.”
“I've been with Riverside since we got our rescue cat in 2015 and have always been impressed with the efficiency and dedication of all the staff. Sadly after a short illness Sweets passed away on 21st June, I can't thank Claire enough for the way she took care to ensure the process was kind and stress free for her and myself. Many thanks Dave”
“Absolutely lovely staff, so kind and helpful.”
“The staff are so friendly and helpful. The vets are patient and take time to explain everything to you. Clean and modern. Great place. They have been great with our wee pup.”
“Our vet practice is great from the reception staff all the way to the vet’s themselves. My dog is very scared but Nikki always manages to keep her nice and calm”
“The vets at St Clair’s veterinary group have always been kind and friendly to my pets and they were so kind and sympathetic towards me when my cat had to be put down. It was as if it was their own cat. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. No complaints at all.”
“A great vet practice. From the staff on reception, the nurses, the vets, the professionalism and expert care is fantastic. We have been coming here for about 7 years and our dogs are really well cared for. Spotlessly clean, quick appointments, regular reminders for vaccines, expert analysis and treatment for more serious issues.”
“Phoned at short notice on Monday & managed to get an appointment for my kitten to be seen! The staff very all very friendly & caring! The vet kept him there for a few hours to treat him, went back on Thursday for a check up staff again very helpful! That was the 1st time I’d been in the Armadale practice very nice & clean big building”
“I've been with this vet for 2 and a half years and unfortunately my wee 17 yr old cat passed away at home, they were nothing but kind and caring when I had to bring him up, specifically one of the women at reception I wish I knew her name for the amount of help and empathy she gave me. I haven't had to go through this before and I was assured not to feel rushed. They always looked after my lil man and receiving the sympathy card I was so thankful to have his paw print and some of his fur ❤️”
“We have been with Lamond Vets for 3 years now. We joined when our previous vets misdiagnosed the condition of one of our cats which ended up with the partial amputation of his tail. We now have all our three cats registered with Lamond Vets. All three are rescues from the Scottish SPCA. We feel that we have received an excellent level of service by the practice, both vets and nurses. The place is welcoming the moment you step in, with the receptionists always treating you with a smile. We felt we were in good hands when one of our cats had to undergo an operation and treatment, and we were confident to get our third rescue, an older fragile beautiful boy, as we knew that Lamond Vets would have our back. If you live in West Lothian, there is no other place I would recommend for you to take your beloved animals. Basil & Tulay”
“We had a bit of an emergency when our dog ate something she shouldn't have. They're not our usual registered vets as we were visiting family. Albavets saw us quickly and the staff were really helpful and reassuring. They explained clearly what they'd do, and will also send the notes to our usual vet, which is helpful. The price for the emergency consultation was very fair.”
“The vets are lovely, as are the reception staff also. I always feel reassured that they treat my animals as they would their own they are compassionate, friendly and listen to what’s being said. Their prices are reasonable too, as far as vets go. I’d definitely recommend Kingdom Vets.”
“We have been bringing our cat here for a few years and have always had the best experience. Thank you to Elenor and Lauren for their support and for making us so welcome.”
