“Was in here on Saturday, very large well staffed store with well-stocked shelves. Young girl on Saturday behind the customer services desk was very polite and helpful, layout of store is confusing and is certainly unique compared to the design of other Extra stores; which tend to follow the same linear format. This store stands out, and has an F&F section and a Costa Coffee cafe upstairs, with the downstairs devoted to the general grocery shop floor. Found quite a few bargains and my girlfriend left a happy and skint woman. A bit far out for me to come regularly, but I will still make the effort and gladly return to this shop.”

But they really stand out with their FRESHLY BAKED BREAD AND PASTRIES. Friendly assistants for polite personal service at check-out or 3 optional self-checkout machines if it's busy. I walk the extra mile for this superior quality and range of products everyday.”

“Still the same wee shop that has bits n bobs. Sells CBD Vape proper CBD, also they sell Takis crisps which are hard to find in any other shops around the area. The staff are nice and it's a respected shop in the area. It is tiny shop you can't go in with wheelchair but they can assist you.”

“This supermarket, located near my residence at Warrender Park Terrace, has consistently ranked as one of the best in the area. I have been a patron of this establishment for the past four years and have witnessed its transformation from Margiotta to Margiotta Waitrose and Partners. It remains well-stocked and offers a wide variety of grocery items. I highly recommend paying a visit and exploring the store. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure more frequent restocking of bottled milk with the blue/green seal, as I often encounter difficulties in procuring it. While the majority of the staff members are warm and welcoming, there is one individual who does not exhibit the same level of kindness. I have had several encounters with this particular staff member, and I hope that he can improve his customer service skills and demeanor.”

“Excellent customer service at a recent visit. As a visitor to Linlithgow I popped into Tesco to purchase some Aberdeen Butteries to take back to England. The shelf was empty so I asked a member of staff, Elaine went above and beyond to source some for me by looking on her device, then she called Alex. Alex checked the freezers, and there were some there ready to bake in the morning, I said I would pop in. The next morning early, I called in and on checking the shelf it was empty, I asked a lady in the bakery area if they had been baked and she asked if I was the lady from last night as she had saved them for me. So a big shout out to Elaine, Alex and the lady in the bakery on 31st August. Thank you I have just enjoyed my morning coffee and yet another buttery!”

“Yesterday 10 minutes before store closing time I purchased some food items and tobacco, I was in a hurry, so when I reached my home I discovered that I forgot my tobacco. I actually lost all my hopes to get it back, I called the store this morning and a very kind gentleman, said that he will look into cameras and will call me back. I had a call back in 10 minutes and my tobacco pouch was found and it was handed to me with a big smile. Thank you very much.”

“No Doubt the nearest store which will stay open till 10 PM, on some days maybe less. If there are some people in the store, it feels like it's very overcrowded. Prices are ok. Prices don't matter if you're in a hurry.”

“super friendly staff who have so much patience for the woman in the wheelchair who does not seem to understand Evri is closed as there are too many parcels and room to store them, what is so difficult that she has to hold the queue for shoppers for 20 minutes complaining its because shes in a wheelchair that she pushes through the car park and only sits in it to come in to store to complain fgs stop ordering crap you are going to send back and give us all a break”
