“I have used this pharmacy twice now instead of trying to get a GP appointment and can highly recommend. A quick questionnaire by a staff member and then I was seen by the pharmacist quickly. She gave great advice and told me to come back should my problem continue which was a great relief as it’s the Easter Weekend and the GPS are shut. I find all the staff friendly and very helpful.”

“I really had a wonderful experience speaking to Kev this morning. I’m always a little skeptical about calling call centres especially discussing mounjaro as it’s such a taboo subject. From the moment kev picked up the phone he handled it with ease and really wrapped his arms around me as a customer. My daughter was here during the call and as a typical 2 year old she was causing chaos but Kev reassured me it was no issue as he also had a small child. Great touch. Kev listened to everything I said offered advice, reassurance and remained professional with a human touch. 10/10 for this agent and another reason I want to stay with your supplier. Please pass this feedback and praise on for him. He also kept true to his word and delivered all the promises he made after the call / sending emails. This gives me faith that he listened and has actually updated my records as previously I’ve had calls but nothing has been documented ( other company ). Huge thank you!”
