“I’ve had the opportunity to spend a few days at the Athlete Academy with Rob Anderson, his team and the young athletes who train there. This was probably one of my most memorable and insightful experiences during the three years I spent in the UK as I am an S&C. Rob was friendly, easy to interact with, and very open about sharing the systems his Academy follows. Having the holistic approach of exercise, nutrition and developing good habits at such a young age was amazing to see. With my Interest in youth fitness, spending time with Rob and his Academy inspired me to start something similar in Chennai, India and develop the young athletes in my country!”

“Calumn is a great guy. He’s friendly, motivational and really knows how to get results. He will tailor your training sessions according to your aims and will push you to get better. I wanted to improve my running and Calumn’s knowledge about what exercises are best for improving length strength and stamina has been invaluable. I was a bit worried that I would find training sessions dull, but Calumn ensure that there is a lot of variety in the exercises. I found that I was looking forward to my next training sessions and felt very motivated and inspired. Beyond the face to face tuition, Calumn has a wealth of additional information that he is keen to share with you to ensure that you remain motivated and accountable. I can strongly recommend him as a personal trainer!”

“I booked a private group Dollar Canyon day trip from Edinburgh for a stag do and it was a great experience from the fast response to my first enquiry, to being dropped back at the door of our hotel after an amazing day canyoning. A few of the group had fear of heights but the team was very supportive and allowed everyone to enjoy the day. All the kit you need is provided and they will literally take your private group from door to canyon. It was the best way to blow away our hangovers! Thanks Ross and team, it was a class day!”

“Our kids (boy 11 and girl 14 years) were impressed how the imaginative and creative SJM teachers managed to involve kids, how fast the kids progressed. They easily made friends and enjoyed the breaks in between. We as parents adored the final show - well done and very entertaining. Communication has always been excellent, thanks a lot, Stephen. We highly recommend this SJM activity for a summer program.”

“Fiona at Select Drives is incredible. So patient, understanding, knowledgeable, organised, safe, encouraging and personable. Being an “older” learner was incredibly nerve wracking for me to start, but with Fiona by my side, she got me to my pass day 1st time round, and as equally important - feeling so ready for independent driving. “LOVE IT IN HERE,, GREAT/FANTASTIC staff always there to listen and help if they can,, and if they can't help you they will know someone else's that can , always things going on something for everyone,, also rolling out events at the weekends now as well so open 7days a week.. cafe is great with good quality food,, cooked from scratch onsite and little pop up shop is AMAZING,, Shoes, plants & pots,, food snacks , juices,, waters , a great mixture of stuff with all the money going back into the community centre,,,”

“May be a private school but the types of students you will find here aren't too dissimilar from other schools, ones who don't care about their education, vape in the toilets, push others around in an attempt to support their fragile egos and push teachers to the brink of sanity. Pretty standard stuff”

“Excellent facilities with a top notch playing surface and great location close to town centre for something to eat and drink before or after matches. Plenty of nearby parking spaceband ground car park also has four EV chargers that are reasonably priced.”

“Great gym with loads of equipment & plenty of space. Cafe on site & plenty of parking. Changing rooms are good, but a little difficult to find if you don't know where they are, signage isn't great, but overall a great gym”

“This is a amazing venue for small kids parties with a small bouncy castle in the hall next to a gymnasium with trampolines, rings and foam pits that the kids can jump into. During the break there is room for snacks in a hall with Netflix on there television Highly recommended”
