Really good welcome and friendly service from Cathy the landlady, there were a few of the locals there and they made you feel as though you had been drinking there for years, happily engaging you in conversation, don't be put off by the exterior, a warm welcome awaits inside.”

“Had a lovely lunch in here on Nov 5th. Fantastic value for money. Two of us got three courses and a soft drink each for 21 pound. The price does not mean poor quality however; the food was delicious. Highly reccomend.”

The menu is very comprehensive and should satisfy most tastes, even those who are not fussed for Italian food. Our order was taken in a timely manner, and served up very quickly. “An absolutely amazing experience within a gem of gaming facility. The gaming floor is open plan and lots of different area to sit and chill or have meal and get back down to playing on the machines. The staff are very friendly from coming into the reception to going upstairs to meet the staff on the gaming floor. It is well worth a visit especially if your looking to have special night out.”

“Prefect evening. Just wanted to have a pint of local beer. Got a lovely conversation with locals and the bar tender instead. Not as crowded as other pubs, good variety of whisky and beer, friedly people. Clean and reasonable prices though. We'll be coming back!”
