“I was in with my husband on Saturday 31st August and thought I had left a bag behind in the shop but never realised until all the shops were closed. I phoned on the Sunday morning and spoke to a lovely young man (cannot remember his name, sorry) who was unaware of anything being handed in. He told me it had happened to him before so could understand how I felt and asked if he could take my number and would check the cameras from the time I had been served at the till. He called back within 5 minutes to let me know that I never had the bag I was looking for when I entered the shop but, hoped it would narrow it down where I might have left it and hoped that I would find it. Thankfully, I was able to trace it to the Tiso shop I had previously been in. I would just like to thank him for going that bit extra checking the cameras which enabled me to arrange to come back to Glasgow to collect the bag”

“Love this place. We were looking for boots that could be used in the mud/water resistant and they said they have a special machine that could make any boot water resistant. Bought 2 pairs and used them well and they definitely are holding up well! The lady that helped us was super understanding and caring.”
