I went into it blind and was helped immeasurably by Allan, (the owner of Loud & Clear), not only did he provide expert advice but also demonstrated products within my price range, and even although I am just starting out on my journey and did not have a huge budget, I felt he gave me a first rate experience like I was spending a million bucks. It has changed not only my life but my whole family now sit down and enjoy listening to records again which has been a wonderful revelation to us all. Then, when I had a problem a year later, he took in my gear back to the shop, found the fault and then brought me in to the store to hear it all before returning everything and explaining where I had gone wrong, and all with no extra charge, now that's what I call great customer after care. I cannot recommend them enough, no matter your budget, high or low, they are super helpful and have a wealth of knowledge like no other hi-fi shop I've ever encountered. I am now on the road to becoming a rookie audiophile and I know where I'll be shopping every step of the way as I progress, the choice really is... "Loud & Clear"”
