Typically, the reception promptly answered my calls, usually on the first attempt or sometimes on the second, so I have no complaints in that regard. They forwarded my inquiry to the GP, and Dr called me the same week, advising me to schedule a new blood test. Following the blood test, I requested a copy of the results from the reception, which they provided. However, due to privacy concerns, I preferred to receive the results in person. With the test results, I obtained my prescription and scheduled the next blood test in a couple of months for a follow-up. Overall, my experience was quite pleasant with this practice.”
