“Called to report a blockage with our drains on Monday. Two workers attended on Tuesday, cleared the blockage within a few minutes, then scrubbed and sanitized the path. Told me they would get someone out to measure for a new man cover as it was broken. Received a text Thursday morning saying an engineer was attending within 15 min. I called to tell them the problem was rectified but the line was very poor, woman said she would call me back. Few minutes later she called back with a clear line to tell me they were attending to measure for a new man cover 30 minutes later got a call and it was the guy who had attended to tell me the new man cover had been fitted and sealed, no longer a trip hazard. Fantastic service”

She really listened to my concerns, did a comprehensive assessment asking lots of questions and gave me really helpful advice and signposts. The centre also had a nice quiet sensory type area in the waiting room with bubbles and let me charge my phone.”

“Went in 2 hours early for appointment..because of all the road disruptions in Glasgow and never been to Paisley,didn't see any cafes or vending machines ,to pass time till appointment so sat in waiting room didn't realise about the ticket thing one we realized an hour and 15 mins later went up gave them my ticket within 2 minutes my name was called and I was out and in a taxi back to Glasgow before my appointment. Very well organised department,swift ,plesent and very helpful staff and nurses and doctors and everyone involved in that department are an amazing team! We ell done ,there was a smile one everyone's face leaving ,because of the friendly atmosphere the staff created”
