βReally pleased to have found this vet. We've brought both cats there and they've been wonderful. One cat is super anxious and the vet did all they could to keep them calm during their visit. Really appreciated that they went out of their way to make it less stressful for her.β

βBrilliant vets would highly recommend, my very big nervous cane corso wouldnβt let anyone near her, sheβs wouldnβt even come in the building, but with the kindness and patience of the staff ,she has now been in twice and is on her way to full health, thank youβ
βExcelent practice. Great advice on my pugs first visit. Great price. Would recomend all pug owners to go. This is not a vet who has pound signs in his eyes when you walk in. Friendly staff with great knowlege.β

βAbsolutely fantastic practice! All staff are so friendly and welcoming. Marta is amazing , my wee dog Rosie loves her. We never feel rushed and she always takes her time to explain Rosie's treatment. She has had a life long problem with her skin and at 14, Marta has finally helped her. We have such a happy wee dog now. Can not recommend enough!β
βExcellent service and wonderful staff. They are so kind to my wee dog.β
βThe vets are amazing with Milo and Tara, really seem to care, and they've been great with reassuring me that my kittens are doing good and giving tips too The reception staff are lovely as well, very understanding and helpful Would recommend this vet to anyoneβ
βMy dog has had excellent care since he was 12 weeks old from Ronan and the other vets . Staff are always pleasant and helpful. So glad this practice is not part of a big company.β
βBeen using Abbey vets Paisley branch since I adopted all of my cats, staff are helpful and friendly and the practice is cleaned and well maintained. Would definatley recommend them For your pets needβ
βWe have never had a bad experience here. Both of our rescue cats have been well cared for, and the excellent service provided here is much appreciated. 21/09/2023 update - my two cats have diagnosed conditions, and I can't fault the treatment they get from the vets and reception staff here. Everyone is so friendly and understanding, and they are both so well treated when we go. I highly recommend this vets4pets surgery. 16/04/2024 (update) - we continue to get phenomenal treatment at this vet surgery. Joana, in particular, is always very attentive and kind, making the whole process as painless as possible. Both of our cats have medical needs, so we are frequent flyers here. The reception staff are always lovely and knowledgeable and I wouldn't go anywhere else. 28/01/2025 (update) - My two girls, Maggie and Tonks, are regular visitors to this practice. We have been with them since we adopted our formerly feral tortoiseshell 7 years ago. Both kitties have individual medical needs and are regularly reviewed by this brilliant team. From Andrea on reception, to the poor nurses that have navigated Maggie's wriggly nail trims, to the team of vets who always go above and beyond to make sure they're doing the best they can for my kitties. Maggie requires a fair amount of medication for different ailments and this can be complex at times. In particular, Joana, Katie, and Shannon, know them both inside and out. They have all independently researched different treatments that could help and ease symptoms and improve her wellbeing and they are always honest about outcomes. I always receive results as soon as they're available and everyone at this practice has taken time to answer any questions I have had. I appreciate the honesty and respect everyone has given us. Due to Maggie's conditions, she has needed a few emergency appointments and this has never been an issue for anyone on the team. They will link in with other specialists to seek advice without hesitation and are always quick to provide feedback. I cannot thank this team enough. If I haven't mentioned them by name, please know that I have noticed them and they are an equally important part of this incredible team. Overall, the staff are kind, knowledgeable, patient, and interested. On the off chance that they don't know something, they will go away and find out. They're also creative and any challenges they have been presented with (usually Maggie) they have risen to and managed to come up with solutions. I could never thank this practice enough.β
βExcellent staff. Friendly, sensitive and helpful from reception to vet. Facilitated a short ntice Friday appointment that most likely saved my pet.β
βYou know what, cant ever fault Vets4Pets Airdrie, they have always been nothing but attentive and loving to our dog Jasper. They always fuss over him if it's quiet, the vets are knowledgeable an easy to talk to. They accept insurance with ease, and even off insurance, their prices I'd call reasonable. Very friendly atmosphere overall.β
βWe recently lost our beautiful Springer spaniel and I can't praise Adele and her team enough. In the few weeks before, I often needed my girl to be seen at short notice and/or I needed advice and we were always accomodated. I only transferred to this vet last year and the difference in care and compassion was immense. I would absolutely recommend them and will not forget their care and concern given to us.β
βTook my cat in today in such short notice & managed to fit him in, couldnβt have been happier with the outcome. Receptionist & vet nurse were lovely & so understanding & kept me & my cat at ease. Reasonably priced also and i definitely wouldnβt go anywhere else.β
βIncredibly kind staff who assessed my hamster promptly and prescribed me the necessary medication. Clean and comfortable facility, with more than reasonable prices.β
βHad to visit as I was caring for my daughter's dog while she was away. Phoned and got an appointment on the same day. Welcoming reception, dog was examined and treated. Full explanation of treatment and what to expect. Would recommend.β
βGreat staff and vets never had any problems Sasha my German shepherd is wary of being there yesterday vet took us in as soon as we arrived to make it less stressful monthly plan is well worth the money highly recommend taking it outβ
βHad our very 1st appointment this evening with my elderly husky and saw vet Hannah. What an absolute sweetheart of a lady she is! She made us feel completely at ease and explained things well. She actually paid an interest in my dog and spoke to her to put her at ease also whereas our previous vet never spoke to my dog once during consultation. So thank you Hannah for being so kind, approachable and compassionate.β
βFirst time at this practice, had a lovely experience with Amy who handled our cat brilliantly, no issues. No car park that we could see but free car park a bit down the road, few minutes walk from the practice.β
βWe've been going here since our dog was just a puppy and it's been around 7 years now - this is a great clinic, and we have never had any issues whatsoever with the practice. Very lovely & friendly staff (at reception and in the examination room), my dog adores coming here and gets very excited when he realizes this is where he's going. The vets are very helpful and informative and are willing to answer any questions I may have. Visits are always quick, easy and completely stress-free. Keep up the fantastic work!β
βAs usual, Komi and Emil were looked after very well. Our vet was a delight and very helpful with a few queries, before checking the girls' health and giving them their vaccination. Thank you.β
βFirst visit was amazing! They treated my pup with respect and answered all my questions.β
βLovely staff and vets who actually listen to you. Thank you for a great serviceβ
βFirst time my cat has boarded here and he was pretty chilled when he came back home after 2 weeks so that's always a good sign! There's both indoor and outdoor quarters for cats depending on preference and availability of course. We opted for outdoor for our boy as he's an outdoor cat. The runs are a decent size with a heated enclosure if it gets cold with a cosy bed in. He was provided with a litter tray and scratching post too. Staff were friendly and it's handy for where we live at a competitive price so we'll definitely be back in the future!β
βBest in the shire Friendly staff and gentle with our dog. so much so that Bruce is excited when he recognises the walkβ
βWe switched to this vet because we were unhappy with our previous and our dog was very unwell. The care we received was thorough and compassionate, all the way until we had to make the decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog. It is more expensive than others but in this case, you get what you pay for and weβre happy that our dog was in the least amount of pain possible when she passed. The only negative I would point out is that when it came to insurance claims, there was a lot of confusion it seemed - doesnβt matter to us anymore though unfortunately.β
βMy crazy dog loves to visit this vet and all the friendly staff.β
