“We had a table booked for 9 people for Christmas lunch. I arrived 15 mins early and the table was ready. Our server was polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food was good. Some people in the group had the turkey dinner which was fantastic. A generous plateful of food - thick cut turkey with all the trimmings. I had the salmon which although a small portion was just enough for me. The bistro was very clean and the service was great. Will definitely be going back.”

“Now and then me and my partner always go for a wee treat and we always go to the terrace cafe when kids are at school before he goes to start his shift at 2pm food is always lovely and never any trouble for the staff always friendly and attentive, I phoned last minute seeing if I could get a high tea but was fully booked my own fault leaving things last minute about 10minutes later they rang me and said had a cancellation and managed to get me my two kids and mum booked in which was lovely we used a cafe down near motherwell last year for a high tea and for the kids it wasn't really kids friendly and was way overpriced it was a nice surprise in the terrace as the high tea for the two kids was so much better and the choice was a lot more kid friendly nothing went to waste and was a nice touch adding the wee bowl of chicken nuggets I've seen so many complaints people moaning about paying 0.50 for a box to take home honestly I don't know why people moan as I feel we couldn't of asked for a better afternoon the food and the kids wee high teas were lovely and the staff are so nice and the scones were to die for was a perfect wee afternoon I'd highly recommend for lunch or a wee treat I've also had the wee meal prep meals which are nice and lovely to and my two girls loved it it's a great wee cafe there was such a big choice also and the wee plates and china cups are very dainty and cute”

“The Birch is local family run cafe which has amazing breakfast’s and the cakes are out of this world. The staff are very friendly and there is play area outside for the kids which is good on nice sunny day. This is highly recommended to go and try the food and especially the breakfast and cakes.”

“Don't come to Bearsden ofter...but come when we're in Glasgow for the day. We usually just pitch up at the big coffee place on the corner. Today we see it's closed. So looking for something else we found you!! Great service...Nice busy atmosphere..and lovely menu....quite happy for us to share a sandwich. “Best takeaway in clydebank, omar and bubba are amazing and so friendly , my brother introduced me to pirez and I'm hooked , food is fresh and well cooked , the lamb karahi and rogan josh are so tasty, big portions that takes me 2 days to get through , omar certainly knows how to cook , bubba takes pride front of house and boy can that man make a delicious pizza and kebabs he is in for a personal challenge of mine , to cook me my karahi or rogan josh , love love love and highly recommended takeaway, if you want amazing food go to pirez”

“Now the main part of this review is to talk about the salt and chilli chips! Wow! We recently moved to the area and decided to get a takeaway while we were unpacking boxes, but only wanted a small meal so chose the salt and chilli battered chips and some prawn toast. It's like they're laced with drugs they are so moreish, tasty, crispy, with a little bit of a spicy kick, not too hot or I'd not be able to eat them, just enough. The prawn toast was full of flavour too, similar salty flavour with lots of sesame seeds and a sweet chilli dip. We managed to finish the huge portion of chips and the next night we were driving past, it took all our strength and willpower not to go back in for more! Recently we tried the shredded crispy beef with a lovely sweet honey and garlic sauce, and breast of chicken curry. We will definitely be back for more of those chips. Yum! The service is always quick and the person who serves has been polite and friendly each time,but looks clean and inviting. Plenty of choice on the menu too.”

“Tried Polski Kebab after finding an online review by chance. Place doesn't look anything special but the food certainly was. Delicious chicken & lamb kebab in a crisp bun with garlic sauce. Portion size was amazing so go with a big appetite. Staff couldn't be any nicer and very helpful. Biggest surprise was no grease at the bottom of the kebab like you get in other places.”

“Small cafe in an industrial estate, great menu selection available for sit in or takeout, staff are friendly and the banter is spot on, cash or card, decent prices for decent portions, steak pie was awesome and the honey chilli chicken is always a great choice. Will definitely return for the food and the banter.”

“I won't mark down because in principle I like this place, the staff are friendly, the cakes look nice. However today's iced latte was disappointing and to be honest went in the bin. I'm ok with running out of cups, and was advised of that. However putting in 6 pieces of ice meant that by the time I'd got outside and not even left the park it was not iced but rather a regular latte that had gone cold. Disappointing and ended up in the bin. Please don't ration ice, you're better than that!”
