“Helpful staff always have our prescriptions ready. Had a flu shot today and the pharmacist was pleasant and friendly, put me at ease straightaway. They recently took on extra workload when the other boots closed which caused some headaches for them but all is well now the dust has settled.”

“I must say on reading reviews of this chemist I am surprised. I have been using them for 10+ years for my regular prescription. I can only take one medication as I have a problem taking others and have been on it for 23 years. The medication I take has been taken over by a few companies and almagated. They know this and order my brand for me everytime. I would honestly say they go out of their way and are always helpful and courteous. I have just had another issue with medication and once again they have sourced me some and kept me informed of the situation. If they are concerned about the supply they let me know before my direct medication is electronically sent, in case I need to find an alternative source. This has not happened yet as they are so efficient.”

“It's a well stocked shop with various items from household goods, clothing, opticians to car and obviously food. Personally I'd like a bigger section for garden/house plants instead of things being seasonal - these areas are not seasonal if you are an avid gardener. Staff are friendly and helpful and the place has plenty of parking for all. There is also an onsite garage (card payment - no kiosk).”

“The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful each time that I go in. There must be times when they have off days but it never comes across to the customers. All of the staff are equally as praiseworthy , but the one that served me today, Megan, was especially so, we even had a laugh. The store is always clean and tidy with plenty of products on display and I don't think they're overly expensive. I would, and do, highly recommend Boots of Barton, I cannot fault it.”

It is a shame that so many people are so horrible to the staff. The Doctors in the area need to help them with timely delivery of prescriptions.”
