The orders do take some time to arrive but I have never had to exchange or return anything, they are always correct. One thing I would like to see is more girls clothes without frills/sparkles/pink/sequins/unicorns. Also the 'indestructible' fleece lined trousers are fantastic but only go up to age 8.
