“Used the hot food counter cafe today for the first time. We both got the pizza deal, which was a large slice of pizza, fries, refillable drink and a dip for £5.95. Pizza and fries were tasty and hot, the portions were decent sized and we liked what we got for the price plus girl serving us was pleasant and friendly”

“Ideally situated just before you get on the bottom at the bottom of Castleford Road in Normanton. Also straight across from Snack Attack so while waiting for your breakfast you can nip over the road for your newspaper!”

“Been coming here ever since I moved to the area (2 years ago) and I don't have any complaints. Great shop and good variety of items for how small the shop is, i would definitely recommend coming here if you need to grab a couple of items. The staff are also very nice, I've never had a bad encounter with them!”

“I’m very lucky to have this local Nisa near my house. It’s my go-to emergency shopping spot, especially on weekends when the big supermarkets are closed. The shop opens early in the morning and stays open late, which is so helpful. The staff are always polite and friendly — especially the lady who works early mornings; she is genuinely kind and very helpful. A great local shop and a real blessing for the neighbourhood!”

“Good location - city centre afterall. It is extremely convenient if you are shopping around city centre and you wanna buy something. Clean and decent shop; fresh foods and fruits. Since self-service is available (they have approximately 4 machines there), they usually don't have many staff in the shop but they always have security. Due to their long working hours it is always available to get something later at night. Plus their bakery looks good and fresh.”

“I was searching all round for quite sometime for an advent calendar, on a mission one would say, the calender was very needed to get back into the good books with my partner. Unfortunately not one single place had one untill i stumbled upon this little gem. The ladies in here were extremely polite and had told me that they had no more advent calendars, this was the last chance and I had failed the mission.... untill I was sadly walking out the door and to my surprise I heard "how many do you need?" From the back of the counter. I quickly entered back in and replied "just the one, thats all I need please" to my absolute delight, the wonderful staff donated one free of charge that they had stashed away in the back room due to a member of staff not needing it! I was so thankfull for there generous gift and I was on my way back home with the callender and my mission was almost complete, I just had to present this to my partner, which I had high hopes that it would be received in a gracious manner! I highly recommend this wonderful store and the staff that work hear... thanks again!”

“Used this outlet first time today.My wifi didn't work so couldn't load my tesco card on my phone and didn't have my actual card with me. Just want to commend Liam one of the staff who spent time with me to resolve my problem Turns out my app was out of date and needed to login to Tesco wifi to sort it. Liam logged me into interenet update my app which resolved ed my problem. Not only that he took me through the self checkout and helped me there again. Staff here particularly Liam are very helpful.”

“Wow!! I can’t believe these terrible reviews !! I have been collecting parcels from here for several years and have only been met with kindness by the staff. There used to be a lovely man most times I went in and now there is a lovely young lady who seems to have remembered my name when looking for my package. Searching through the bag has never been my experience. I usually buy a little something because I know the being a postal point doesn’t generate much of an income. I have bought biscuits just in date and some out of date. These were in a sale section so they do appear to keep on top of their date rotation. It is legal to sell out of date things. I’m always grateful to be able to get a package sent here.”

“I'm always really happy with asda. I'm local to this asda and go in several times a day. All the staff are super friendly and happy to help. If you don't know where something is ask and they'll try there best to show you. I'm especially pleased this summer with the Asda's cafe. the food isn't Super fantastic compared to a propper takeaway place but for the prices you couldn't beat it. I really like going into the cafe and seeing one of the male staff. He is always there and He is always chatty and super friendly. Well done!”
