“Been eating from here every other weekend since I was very young. Always had great service and removals of extras at request due to Crohn's disease. Big portions, wide menu variety. Even if I always order the same dishes. Presentation is what you would expect, but food is packed nicely and tightly to avoid steaming soggy food. Usually get a few free fortune cookies and returning customers are acknowledged. It's a simple gesture, but a much respected one.”

“Having just been talked to like a moron from the BP Subway up the road by the manager, the customer in that subway recommended this subway that it’s much nicer here. So, Pratik was here behind the sandwich bar, and helped me order a nacho chicken sandwich, which isn’t a sandwich anymore so he helped me figure it (I had to spend £2 extra, but the service and customer service made the £2 worth it). Then he recommended which were the colder of the water bottles to get, and reminded me to get a cookie as it was part of the meal deal. And we had a joke and a laugh too. He even let me sit in, when I think he just wanted to be alone. Top guy, top customer service, top quality sandwich. Thank you very much Pratik, hope to get another sandwich here soon! Adam”

However, 1 of my cakes were missing, i rang the shop who told me they didnt sell the jam sponge anymore and that theyd subbed it as they couldnt reach me on the phone (completely my fault as my phone was on D&D) however i was still missing a cake, he said he would deliver another one, which he may do however at this moment in time, as i write this, it hasnt been delivered. The shop gave me a free cheesy garlic bread which was stunning! (I asked for a freebie as using their website instead of just eat) it wasnt thin/dry and nasty like most places. Definetley will order again! The burgers are the best ones ive tried in leeds. Edited* they delivered the cake and a extra cake & appolagised. Top place! We will be back.”
