“Originally I was pretty much frustrated due to the way problems with my new car bought from Carshop recently, were addressed. I had to travel to Wakefield all the way from Leeds, that too multiple times and the waiting time in the service centre really tried my patience. There was engine warning light started indicating and it took couple of investigations for the service team to find out the exact problem. Also the rare viper was making a loud sound which was a very minor fix too. Finally, Lee, the service manager, looked personally into the issues and resolved all of them, under the warranty. I had to pay NO MONEY to get it fixed !! Moreover, I had a small accident which damaged the front suspension and other parts. It was costly to fix those and Lee went way out of the mile to explain me the fixes and guided me to get it done properly and that too, saving my money. The gesture and attention provided by Lee, made all the earlier experience wash away and I walked out of the centre as a HAPPY CUSTOMER !!”

For example: the boys' shirts are the same price as a gent's white shirt from Matalan, but they are much better quality and a much better fit from The Box. I know this because we bought an emergency Matalan shirt. My son loves the school trousers too, as they have a zipping phone pocket.”

On the day of the endoscopy I was treated so well, every Nurse I dealt with spent as much time with me as I needed. I made a point of thanking all the receptionists as I passed on the way to see the Doctor, who was very helpful too. Been with this practice for about 20 years now.”
