“Lovely staff was looking for some spiced rum to have over the festive period however due to what i assume is high demand there was none available on the shelves. Thankfully a generous employee named jack helped me upon my request and retreived the rum for me with perfect manners and proffesionalism.”

“I've always had a positive experience of sales at this store and our recent visit to buy a dishwasher was no exception. We were served by Nibras whose knowledge of the product and the various options she detailed were impressive. Her communication was very clear and took the stress out of buying a high value product, at no point did we fell unduly pressurised to buy the extras offered but the way they were explained to us, it made total sense to go with them. I recently visited the Oak Furniture Land store at Junction 27 in Leeds with my uncle, and the experience was exceptional from the moment we walked in. Dexter, who looked after us in store, went above and beyond. He offered thoughtful recommendations, rearranged furniture on the shop floor so my uncle didn’t have to walk to the back of the store, and even made him a cup of tea while they sat and chatted. His kindness and patience made the visit incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We placed an order during our visit, and the delivery was just as impressive. It arrived exactly on the date promised, and the delivery team—Dean and Matt—were fantastic. They called ten minutes before arriving and were polite, cheerful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Overall, the service from both the store and the delivery team has been outstanding. Truly a five-star experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oak Furniture Land to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer care.”

“Large showroom with plenty of options available to look at. Would absolutely recommend going to this store, especially if you can deal with Nicola who worked with us over 2 separate days before we finalised our purchase. Nicolas service was exceptional, talking us through all possible options and configurations and being understanding and not pushy at all as we had our 2.5 year old toddler with us who was a distraction at times when she was trying to talk us through options. She’s a credit to the store and company and hope they know and she is recognised as she made our sofa buying journey smooth and simple and enjoyable. And even made friends with our toddler which is a rarity as she does not like strangers at all ☺️☺️”

“I always go here when at Batley Mills. Had various dishes and snacks but now get the Pie of the Day with veg and lovely gravy. It comes with chips but I ask for no chips as too much. It is always piping hot and really tasty. Never too busy and staff friendly.”

Phoned the pharmacy about my prescription as it had not arrived by last thing Friday ( 5:45pm) before closing , Amaan was very pleasant and listened to my predicament and assured me my prescription would arrive that evening despite closing at 6pm for the weekend. The stay was made by meeting Dawn, she was so warm, friendly and welcoming and made me feel safe and looked after since I was on my own.
