“I booked a cab to take us to the airport,early hours of Fri 23rd Nov, cab was on time and the driver was brill, he actually spent a lot of time where we were going so was able to give us lots of tips and advice. However it was the return journey that really impressed me,we didn't actually book a return as we were going to get a train home, but the journey was so horrendous we deiced to book a cab.We rang as soon as we got off the plane only to be told they couldn't send anyone as they only do the airport to Huddersfield if its pre paid. We were gutted and then the duty manager stepped in and said he would come and get us, through Friday rush hour traffic.We can't thank you enough. What a BRILLIANT service”
