“My cousin and I had a wk end coach trip booked with Caledonian Travel . We where surprised that our coach was one of yours who we was told Caledonian use at times. We where greated by this lovely young girl with a lovely smile and lovely personality. From getting on the coach in Hull and getting off in Hull,Nichola was so funny , kind , considerate. The banter we all had with this bubbly young girl was amazing . I would just like to say what a credit she is to your company . Every drop off stop on the way home Nichola was praised and hugged and thanked. I know I can vouch for every passenger on this trip we all wish her the very best for the future . “I phoned up to enquire if Terry and his team would be able to collect a vehicle that I was purchasing from Leeds that needed to be delivered to St Albans. Terry was polite, conscientious and confirmed that I could have it collected and delivered within 48hrs for a very reasonable fee. When they arrived to collect the vehicle a member of his team video called me to confirm the condition of the vehicle and to confirm that I was happy to continue with the purchase as well as the delivery of said vehicle, which I concluded I was. The vehicle was delivered promptly by a very friendly two man team who even assisted with parking it onto my driveway. “I passed my class 2 here today, and my instructor has made it nothing but simple, helpful and positive. I feel like the instructor has alot to do with the pass mentally too. He adapted to the type of person I was, related to me with things but doing all in a professional manner whilst telling me where I need to improve, what I need to do to rectify my mistakes, and being the positivity I needed.
