Perfect for me , oh and I can see the bus from inside which is good... so I don't miss it haha”

“I organised a baby shower for a lovely friend of mine. The service I was given was outstanding. Janice’s response to emails was amazing. She helped so much. The chef who made our afternoon was also very accommodating, especially with the mum-to-be having gestational diabetes. I have to say it’s the first place that has accommodated for gestational diabetes for the afternoon tea and made a separate dessert. Some lovely banana bread. The amount of sweet treats you get in their afternoon tea is more than you would ever get anywhere else. I would definitely recommend eating there too. The Sunday roasts are amazing too.”

“This is my favourite club, the environment is different to other places and the music is amazing. I always end up in basement on a night out because it stays open until 6 am. A fight kicked off when I was there last time which is inevitable in most clubs but the bouncers immediately sorted it out to ensure the environment was safe for everyone in there. I definitely recommend going to basement to try it out for yourself. You can also pay only £3 to leave your coat and bag in a safe place which is what i did… cheaper than mosh and more of a welcoming atmosphere.”

On cue a lady arrived to provide us with our menus and asked if we would like to order drinks. Drinks came quickly and shortly after lady came back to see if we were ready to order or if we would like more time... We were ready!! We opted for the Trio of Roast and it did not disappoint!!! Young lady who then delivered our meals enquired if we would like any extra sauces and again returned promptly. Beautifully presented and deliciously tasty.... Staff were happy, welcoming and on the ball!! We will be back.”

“There were three of us and we were greeted emmediatley in the restaurant part and we sat outside. The warm and welcoming service by Tina and the head chef Naaz was outstanding. We ordered a variety of dishes.Prawns, chicken,jeera rice, Served with peshawar naans,side salad, massage chips and soft drinks. All of which was promptly served hot and delicious. The bigger surprise was the bill. A mere £32.00 The pub is historical and in need of a makeover.Regardless of that one observation I would recommend it for a meal out with family, friends or even a celebratory get together. “Great venue!! We held our summer party here for just over 100 people and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The atmosphere was brilliant, and the venue easily accommodated our group. We hired the venue’s DJ who kept everyone on the dance floor all night—the music was spot on! The two swings were also a huge hit and added a really fun touch. Everyone had a great time and we’d absolutely recommend this place for parties and events.”

“I only came here to bare witnesses to the nostalgic value this iconic venue beholds. After spending around £75 great British pound sterling every pound enabled the childhood memories. You ask why spend so much money in a such decrepit place? Honestly the atmosphere was utterly ghastly, however fitted right into the October Halloween vibe. Nethertheless the answer to my question… nostalgia. I couldn’t have asked for more. It’s a Pizza Hut so expect the occasional sweat corn in the carrot, ice cream factory running out cream and making an obnoxious humping sound but this is utterly trivial. To conclude the matter I would struggle rating it anything other than 5 stars. This establishment is all you could want and brings tears to the eyes when one goes here to celebrate one’s birthday. Stay strong Pizza Hut may my blessings stop another tragic demise of the inner child. ❤️ (seriously the price is a tad high)”

The selection was good, and despite nearing the end of serving time, everything was hot and tasted fresh - really well cooked veg, trimmings, and plenty of meat. Gordon did a really great job serving us tonight, and was pleasant to speak to! He was prompt in clearing our table, and helped me out with a cakeaway bag too. Consequently, we felt engaged with the service, and appreciated how responsive the staff were. Great experience all around.”
