“Honestly one of the most pleasant Tesco Expresses there is. This and another are very close by mine, so I’ll often go into this one. It has a great layout and a decent selection (although no low-fat hummus nor bruschetta sauce). One of the pleasant surprises is that the security guard is incredibly friendly and nice. Most tend to be gruff and not so friendly. You’ll occasionally have a rough sleeper outside who’s also quite nice and loves caramel lattes and is very grateful when you ask him if he’d like a coffee on a cold night. He doesn’t bother anyone though. The security will sometimes have a nice chat with him by the door, and it’s nice because you’ve someone who typically is regarded as scary treating another person, who’s typically ignored, as an actual human being. Never had a bad experience in this Tesco after being in probably 50 times now.”
