The setting itself is lovely, a real “home from home”. My daughter attends full time, and I totally trust the team at Stonehouse to care for her while we’re at work. “Great hotel on the outskirts of Chester. Approx 15 min drive to the zoo, Cheshire oaks and Chester city centre. Was slightly worried after booking as read some reviews that didn't rate this hotel but we found it great. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Bar area nice, breakfast and bar food we had very tasty. Room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the room door not working properly but the handy man arrived promptly and sorted very quickly. Pool and gym facilities looked lovely but didn't use on this occasion. Would stay again.”

“I cannot fault this nursery at all and struggle to see how some might. Myself as a staff member working within the nursery decided to enroll my daughter last October where she started in the toddler room. Where do I start, well my little girl practically skips in and doesn’t look back she gets excited every morning before nursery. The staff in the toddler room helped her not only settle in but the care they give her is amazing. I see that she is having a lovely day through the app through the day seeing all the wonderful activities the staff have put together. The staff work hard in the nursery to make sure that all personal care for children is met. Parent partnership and communication is great, never a day I feel I can’t ask about her day and I always get positive feedback. My little girl started a very fussy eater and during the months of being there she has come on leaps and is trying some new things. The chef works so hard and always cooks the children a lovely meal for lunch and dinner. Thank you so much toddlers I really appreciate everything you have done for my little girl.”

Have had nasty visits with her in hospitals in London so was very nervous but staff was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to leave after just 30 minutes or so. “I cannot fault the Firdale practice. I have been fortunate to not need to see Dr’s frequently but when I do need advice or to be seen the process has been efficient and professional. The online consultation works brilliantly and is followed up by either telephone appointment or in person if necessary and the Dr’s you see always take adequate time to listen and prescribe accordingly. I can only praise the surgery and grateful to be able to be a patient there.”
