βSuch an awesome idea. This art cafe is great for a range of drinks and snacks. Great friendly staff and in a very gorgeous part of Chester. You can paint pottery while having a drink and they then fire it for you. Perfect for a date, friends or a party. Highly recommendedβ
βWe have been coming to Zippy's since my little one was born 5 years ago. Today we attended for the Grotto which was just outstanding. The elves and Santa go above and beyond to make the experience magical. Best Grotto experience around. Thank you Zippy's.β
βBrilliant morning at Bolesworth. Thoroughly enjoyed by the children and adults. Jurassic Live, was an awesome, interactive event; very well put together, with realistic, life Size dinosaurs. Well done to all the staff. My nephew, hopes to do this again! #Jurassicliveβ
βCineworld Broughton is hands down one of the best spots for a movie night in the area! The highlight has to be the 4D cinema experience β itβs next-level. The moving seats, wind, scents, and effects really pull you into the action. Makes watching a film feel like an adventure! The cinema itself is spacious, clean, and well-kept. Thereβs plenty of parking too, so no stress about finding a spot, even on busy weekends. Loads of food options nearby if you want to grab a bite before or after your movie. Perfect place for families, date nights, or just catching the latest blockbuster with mates. Definitely worth checking out if you havenβt tried the 4D yet β itβs a game changer!β
βIf you're after a fun event space that oozes character, then try Alexander's Live. We're local to Chester so we were already familiar with the venue from our visits to their weekly Comedy Club (they're excellent too!) and decided that we wanted to host our wedding there. Our conversations were with Jamie, the venue's owner, who was faultless in his accommodation of our needs and wants for the big day. I was so pleased to hear that I could hang my homemade bunting up! We found him to be openminded and responsiveβ just what you want when you're organising any event! Jamie coordinated well with our other vendors too, ensuring they had all the information they needed to get set up for the day. The same can be said for all the staff at Alexander's Live. They gave impeccable service on the day - in fact, we can't praise them enough, they were such a dream: attentive, accommodating and pleasant. We are so incredibly pleased with how everything turned out and that we picked Alexander's as our venue. Photo credit: Luke Hassall Photographyβ

βThe Tuesday lunchtime concerts here (https://wesleychester.co.uk/whats-on/music-wesley) are well worth attending. Today the performers were four winners of the Chester Competitive Music Festival, mainly students from the Royal Northern College of Music or Chetham's School of Music, all very impressive musicians.β
βA place of peace & healing in Christβ
βHad a couple of drinks in here. Very reasonable in price and friendly service. I'm not a big heavy rock fan but when we went in the music wasn't deafening so quite enjoyed it.β
βGreat place for young children and families. So many activities to choose from covering a wide age range, from 5-15 year olds. Generous portions served in the restaurant with a decent selection too. Naturally an enormous selection of ice creams too choose from. Fairly expensive but a worthwhile day out!β
βI want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the truly wonderful experience we had during our recent visit. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a delightful evening. We came in specifically for some food and ended up having a fantastic time enjoying both the ambiance and the delicious offerings that were available. My partner chose the gluten-free steak sandwich, and I really appreciate how the servers took the extra steps to ensure it was 100% gluten-free. Their meticulous attention to detail not only made us feel at ease but also significantly enhanced our overall dining experience. Itβs rare to find such dedicated service, and it certainly did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the drinks we ordered were absolutely amazing and paired perfectly with our meal, enhancing our enjoyment even further. Each sip was refreshing, and it was clear that great care had gone into crafting them. I would like to extend a big thank you to everyone involved in making our visit so memorable! Your hard work and dedication truly made our outing special, and we look forward to returning in the future to enjoy more of what you have to offer.β
βGreat place for a party. The caretaker is very helpful, the hall is a good size and the two rooms off it are useful. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a small room beside it that is very useful too. Lots of parking spaces. I will definitely be booking another party here. The stage is great too, plenty of space for a band or disco.β
βI went here to an oil painting workshopβ
βFab shop, great bargains, such a big place you can spend hours there.β
βThe hotel was very nice, reception were friendly and informative. The bar area was a nice space, cocktails were really good as were the fresh coffees, the staff were friendly whilst professional at all times. Breakfast was very good too, constantly topped up with fresh food, decent variety of food on offer. The whole team throughout the hotel work extremely efficiently. You can often judge a place by their reaction when things go wrong and there was a very difficult intoxicated man in the bar area on Friday evening. The staff worked swiftly, professionally & effectively in removing him without disruption to other guests.β
βAm absolutely delighted with the service I received by Danny at Wren in Chester. He really listened to what was needed and designed a perfect, stylish kitchen, maximising storage. He gave lots of support as the kitchen is not in this area, finding an excellent local fitter. The whole process was seamless as a result of Danny and the Chesterβs teamsβ diligence. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the cost was about a third less than competitors. I highly recommend Wren Chester.β

ββββββ We recently celebrated my 5-year-old Emmies, birthday at Wizz Kids in Saltney, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Steff, the party host, was out of this world β so engaging with the children, full of energy, and nothing was too much trouble. She made every child feel included and created a really fun and positive atmosphere throughout. The party was well-organised, packed with fun, and all the kids had a brilliant time. It offered incredible value for money, and as a bonus, the coffee is always good β which every parent appreciates! Iβm so grateful to the team for making the day such a special experience for my child. Weβll definitely be back β highly recommended!β
