“Ideal location on New Brighton seafront all the facilities you could want, plus sandy beach and stunning views across the mouth of the River Mersey.”
“Excellent proper pub. Staff are really friendly. All round great atmosphere. Gill And Billy, brilliant hosts.”
“A small range of large shops to shop in. The cinema and bowling alley are good and a few large chain restaurants too. The car parks are free and right outside the shops and restaurants. It can get very busy in the holidays. Would recommend. It’s also walkable from Cheshire Oaks if you don’t mind a ten minute stroll.”
“The amphitheatre is one of the best historical sites in Chester. Even though it’s only half excavated, you get a sense if the size and grandeur it once held in its Roman heyday. Road running behind is annoying, as is the derelict Dee House that covers the other half, but it’s still a must see in Chester!”
“I love going to the cinema and Eagles Meadow Odeon is always clean and staff are friendly. Great film choices with lots of options for showings. Switch off for a couple of hours and escape”

“Just spoken with Karen, she was excellent, very kind and thoughtful and a great problem solver. If Karen was part of running the country it would be a far better place. Thank you so much it's been an absolute pleasure to speak with someone who actual cares about the customer for a change. Great stuff, keep up the excellent work! Attitude counts and should be rewarded. Cheers again!”
“Went here Christmas eve, place is amazing inside, great architecture and kept all original features with a modern twist, gorgeous food and the best cocktails. Shut early as it was Xmas eve, but can imagine it being a buzz at a normal weekend.”

“Good, affordable and delicious food. 15 - 20 pounds and you've got a drink and 3 dishes. Good atmosphere and easy ordering system. Short waiting times even when the place is quite full”
“Costa coffee is Costa coffee, but the view from this place is awesome, and it's a great pit stop for grabbing a brew before the film starts in the Odeon above.”
“Son had a laser quest party here yesterday and it was great. Kids loved it and we thought it was great value for money. Would highly recommend, didn't have to worry about anything as everything was sorted for us. The staff hosting the party were all helpful and friendly!”

“We couldn't recommend Tim more. He came and fitted 4 TVs to the wall. Everything finished to an extremely high standard, including moving sockets and aerials to make everything as tidy as possible.”
“Wow, just back from seeing 'Joseph K' (based on Franz's Kafka's The Trial) at the Hope street theatre in Liverpool. How this gifted group of actors can bring such a cocktail of emotions on every scene of this play is pure talent, they give frustration, exasperation, contempt, sadness and laughter, at times, all of them in one go! The play was very profound and leave you contemplating why we sometimes accept what the system dictates and why fighting it is like swimming against the current. Thoroughly enjoyed it as the the acting was superb and the technical effects and sound were spot on. Looking forward to their next performance.”
