“A nice Costa location with very friendly staff and well made drinks. Costa has been very greedy with the price increases though and I can't say I recommend them if you want the best coffee. Local coffee shops will likely be the same price but with much higher quality drinks as they use quality ingredients and don't cheap out on ingredients (thanks coca-cola). Please support local businesses who need your custom! The megacorps do not care unless they make profit. Your custom will go a long way for local businesses.”

“The lady who served me was polite and made me feel welcome. I ordered a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and a T cake. I didn't have to wait long for the T cake. Both my drink and T cake where hot and tasted lovely.”

“This Costa Coffee is located at the ground floor of the MetQuarter mall. It was an easy location for my husband and I to get to because our hotel was across the street. We had great service and tried the Hot Cross Bun Cappuccino and Hot Cross Bun Hot Chocolate. We would definitely come back. It’s a nice quiet area with a good amount of seating.”

“Been here several times now and it has always been excellent. Had sandwiches, jacket potato and breakfast. All are good value for money. The hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream is delicious. Yes service is slow, but at least you know your food is freshly made. Toilets and cafe spotless. Would definitely recommend”

“Went to Costa coffee today for a festive drink and I wasn't disappointed, I had the Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate complete with whipped cream and a segment of Terry's chocolate, it was the most yummy hot chocolate ever, just what you need to get you in the festive mood and to warm you up on the cold winter months to come .”

Sufficient off road parking spaces, friendly staff that acknowledge you as you approach the counter which isn't always the case in some coffee Shops. Quick service and clean toilets. “Today at 4 pm I went to the store and my little boy was eating something different. The barista approached us and rudely told us to leave, even though we had bought food to eat inside. She wasn't friendly at all, and my son felt terrible, The way she made my son feel was terrible.”

I visited mid morning on Saturday and it was VERY busy, but the staff were friendly, efficient and really on top of their game - well done team.
