“What's not to love about The Range?! Great Halloween and Christmas sections. Very friendly staff. Lovely huge shop filled with just about everything!”
“Called in for a coffee whilst out shopping. Staff were lovely, friendly and excellent customer service. Cafe is small and cosy and drinks are good quality, as always from Cafe Nero. Cakes looked delicious, but too full from lunch to try one. Will leave room next time”
“Situated in the heart of the city Cafe Nero is a lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy your hot/cold drink. I had an almond crossiant and a large tea, and it was fab.And of course, there's plenty of other cakes, sandwiches, and other goodies to eat. There's seating inside as well as outside, The young lady who served me was very kind and very welcoming.”
“I called in at the garden centre today as I needed 2 trellis....I couldn't see one of the sizes a young lady at the till said they had 4 of the size I needed ....so a your man helped me look he found them but they were on a display!!!.. he went out of his way to ask a manager if I could buy on if them and he got me a discount as it had been on a display..then an older man came and help get the trellis off the display..sorry I didn't get there names... Great customer service really big thanks to these 3 staff members.. very happy customer... Many thanks Sue Brazendale”
“When u drive round the country its always good to see a Costa. On Sunday Frodsham town centre was mainly closed apart from this coffee shop. It was almost like it had turned into a community centre, the place full of people with children drawing and playing. Plenty of tables and chairs to relax at and enjoy the lovely coffees on offer. It's always a bit pricey but it's lovely to visit now and again.Have just visited Costa's again in Frodsham and it's now nestled in amongst other Coffee shops. Its still busy with cakes, pastries and great coffees on offer.Always worth a visit.”
“Fantastic cafe with a great variety of meals from light bites to carvery meals. The staff were really friendly and gave my kids a lot of attention which they loved. The outdoor play area is great, with a number of different apparatus. Would definitely recommend the Turkey and cranberry sandwiches.”
“Coffee and toasties are excellent. It was my daughters birthday and the lovely young lady serving, gave us both a free cake each. Very kind, much appreciated. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent service 5*****”
“My friend and I regularly use this Costa. It's a nice little place for a catch-up. Friendly staff and nicely set out. Don't usually have lunch there, but I had the mac and cheese this time. It was quite tasty, though the portions aren't very big.”
“Lovely atmosphere. Great customer service coffee my fav and good food”
“Had lunch here today (25.8.23), the first time since the refurb, I have to say, it was absolutely amazing, lots more tables and more room to manoeuvre, better for wheelchairs. We settled for steak and onion pie with chips and peas, it was the nicest pie I have had for a long time and the chips nice and fresh, the only negative was that the coffee was too strong, but I just asked for hot water so all was good, I would definitely recommend Cafe Marsarella 100% and will definitely be back”
“Never been before but would highly recommend, nice atmosphere and the staff were great. Popped in for a late breakfast which they do upto 13.30 I think it took us longer to decide what to have than it did to make it for us. Big menu so need to go back to try more”
“I've been in several times over the past week as my husband has been in hospital and the staff there are amazing! It's always busy but they get through everyone effortlessly whilst still maintaining a high standard of customer service.”
“Lovely cafe. Stopped in to shelter from the rain, so glad we did. Had hot chocolate and possibly the best carrot cake ever, homemade, moist and utterly scrumptious. Sheer perfection. Husband had choc fudge cake which he enjoyed, but regretted not getting the carrot cake as it was so good. Would like to try lunch there as looked lovely”
“Always a lovely experience, whether I’m ordering cappuccino made with oatmilk in a take away cup. Or soup and a sandwich. And let’s not forget the great selection of cakes and pies. A really great coffee shop. Where you can buy wonderful cheese with cheese biscuits and condiments to enhance the already fab flavours of the cheese . Then there’s that local gin, all varieties. A great place to visit with welcoming friendly staff Catherine Proctor”
“First class service and food. And not expensive. The staff are always polite and friendly. Me and my fiancée love this place and go here when we are in St Helen's.”
“As always, coffee and food fine. Great service, didn't have to wait long and atmosphere great.”
“Wonderful set of women who work there! Always happy and friendly and makes the whole experience of take out easy”
“Staff is amazing every time I go there with my kids they make it easy for us to enjoy a coffee and cakes never been waiting for longer than maximum 5 minutes to get my drink”
“Great place to stop for a cuppa and a bite to eat in between shopping at the retail park. Lovely friendly staff too!”
“We call in here at 6.30 am every morning before work. Perfect coffee every time made by a very warm and friendly young lady. Credit to costa”
“Myself and partner just had an americano and a toastie each. Normal service clean tables”
“Have been over to this Costa a few times. I like that it’s clean and there is a lot of space. Also seating outdoors or if you want to walk along the river. Good to also have the drive through option. I have run into times we’re they’re out of things (mostly food) and it’s just the start of that day. Overall, I prefer this Costa to some of the others.”
“The guys are great in here! Never sold things to CEX before but they made it seamless and so easy to understand. Thanks everyone”
“Always a pleasant experience to enjoy a coffee and a snack here. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.”
“My favourite venue. I meet there with my friends two to three times a week. The staff are lovely and helpful. There is plenty of parking. The only two complaints I have is the outside door doesn't close properly and on occasion they run out of brown bread.”
“Pleasant staff, smart and clean, lovely cup of tea.”
“Paid another visit recently and yet again still a very pleasant Branch. Much quieter than the Lord street Branch, with the added benefit of no passing traffic. So sitting outside is a far more comfortable experience without the worry of being exposed to vehicle omissions. Staff team here are a lovely group of people and a very accommodating lot when it comes to customising an order. Outdoor seating - very pleasant location, and great staff.”
“Quick visit recently - flat white was pretty damn hot for a flat white, they can often be like warm. Quick service, friendly staff.”
“Do not visit this location much but when we do it’s always nice. Quieter store, quick service and tables inside and out.”
